I've seen a lot of videos telling me to sing from my diaphragm /core... I NEVER really knew how to do it until I came across this video. Thank you sooooo much for being detailed and helpful.

"Tighten up yo abs!" Claudette you crack me up! Thanks for sharing and most of all for demonstrating both the breathing and the exercises. This is the most practical video example of this exercise I've seen in my time exploring music training. Maybe you should consider having a children's or teens' music training ministry (my point is you're an engaging communicator).

Hello, hello, hello. I had to put my comment on the latest video. I just discovered your group on Saturday, July 7, 2021. I have seen the wonderful evolution over the years. The harmony is wonderful. (Btw I was actually looking for a video on harmony. This how I discovered you guys.) I would love to hear you guys today. Please, please get together and do a video together soon. It would be amazing to hear a 2021 song from you guys. Btw the interaction among you is quite often funny. I enjoy your offerings. May God bless you all greatly.

First off...congrats to you and your husband? Are y'all hoping for a lil boy or lil girl? (I know...bad joke but it did look like you were with child when your diaphragm was full! 😁) Seriously though, I was a vocal major in highschool and college. I've had leading roles in two operas (that was a loooooong time ago during highschool, I believe in '95) and I still have issues singing correctly from my diaphragm even today! I definitely 'preciate the video and will be implementing some of these techniques. Groovy video as always! 🙏🏿❤️👏🏿👍🏿

@@3B4JOY Does your husband sing? You could be like Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes. If he doesn't sing you could teach him. Some of us guys may be slow learners so be patient. LOL I still can't speak hardly any spanish and my wife is Mexican. We met 20 years ago. LOL

HEY, HEH, HEY, HEH, HEY... LOL, The letter "ה" (Hey) in Hebrew is translated into English as our Letter "H". "Hey" or "Heh" (ה) is the 5th letter in the Hebrew Alphabet. Thus it has the numerical value of 5. Each letter in the Hebrew alphabet (or aleph-bet) has a numerical value. The first 10 letters (consonants actually) have the values 1-10. The next 9 letters are valued 20, 30, ... 100. The remainder are valued 200, 300, and 400. So maybe you could do your exercise by breathing out 5, 5, 5, 5, 5...because that would be the numerical translation to you what you were saying in Hebrew. The reason I'm playing like this is that not only is the letter " ה " (Hey) the 5th letter in the Hebrew Alphabet with the value of 5, it also means to Breathe or the Breath of God. And your whole video is about Breathing exercises for singing and you were saying Hey, Hey, Hey... In Hebrew, the name Hey also means to behold. Hey also means breath, sigh, look, reveal, and revelation from the idea of revealing a great sight by pointing it out. Therefore, the letter hey is a picture of the Ruach HaKodesh/ Holy Spirit. The spirit is thought of as the breath of the mouth. The pictograph of " ה " is that of a mouth breathing out as you do singing. Google "The Living Word" and go to their website and look at the video for the letter "HEH". Speaking of Revelation, I'll come back later and leave a comment about a revelation regarding the number 53443 and how it is like (ה)3443 or (H)3443. Look up H3443 in the Hebrew Lexicon of the Strong's Concordance.

Did you look up H3443, well I'll make it easy for you... H3443 יֵשׁוּעַ yêshûa‛ yah-shoo'-ah (Chaldee); corresponding to H3442: - Jeshua. Total KJV occurrences: 1 So what is H3442? H3442 יֵשׁוּעַ yêshûa‛ yah-shoo'-ah For H3091; he will save; Jeshua, the name of two Israelites, also of a place in Palestine: - Jeshua. Total KJV occurrences: 29 So it is Yeshua, which is Jesus in Hebrew.
