I love it when people criticize without providing a solution.

    1. Wrist release wont work with strong grip. Dont waste time begin kicking the attackers groin and legs until he releases. 2. The choke...Raise one arm straight up with bicep at ear. Sharp rotation to the opposite direction (if raise right arm then sharp rotation to left) and then bring elbow down with force. 3. Bear hug from behind, slide butt to one side or another then begin attacking the groin of the attacker either grab and crunch or continuous rear slapping to the attackers testicles. Escape upon the releases of the attacker.

I advice every kid to hard bite their attackers, trust me they will pull back in pain.

Yelling fire is a poor idea. People are not going to help, they'll probably start running too. It's much more efficient to shout "help ! police !" at least people will know what to do. Regarding the arm grasp, I prefer to quickly remove the arm in the natural direction and blocking the attacker's wrist with the other hand. Easy to show, hard to put in text.

I'm sorry it is meant well but these techniques work well in a comfortable and controlled setting. Under pressure and scared these techniques will not be able to be executed effectively. Stop teaching this shit and distributing it; PEOPLE WILL GET HURT

It's bolocks because a child wouldnt think like that under pressure inless they are well trained but you wouldnt shout fire if you shout help loudly enough it has the same effect of shouting fire. and if some really has the intention of attacking your child all those moves dont help if your fighting against a guy that knows what his doing so think about it child wont be able just be able to kick someone and slip underneath if someone grabs you with all their strength believe me the three moves be pointless.

you're absolutely right, I train martial arts myself and getting out of grabs/holds is very difficult, even for a strong trained adult. These tips are absolutely unrealistic

cool. yeah i train too and anyone who has understanding of martial arts will tell its shit. yes its easier to brake a hold when the person is infront of you but most attacks attack from behind if someone happens to be on drugs the girl stamp on his toes the guy will not react to it and squeeze the life out of the girl i think martial arts takes years of learning not in 2 min makes me wonder how he became michael jacksons body guard in the first place? lol and who to say the attack will be alone or have a weapon? thats why you either teach the who aspect of martial arts or you dont? got to be aware of your surroundings too.

00;42 nope. No chance that child is making that work against you. Be ashamed of yourself, no matter how much cash you have, you're teaching vulnerable people things that won't work. Deplorable.

This is stupid, put the beggining in slo-motion as if a adult would let go, they need to train kids with an adult man gripping at a max 60 kg.

ahahah fire? hahahahaha lol hahahah cant stop laughing ahahahah i mean even if you shout help, people are usually confused and it takes them for ever to even realize what is going on let alone step in! So if you're shouting fire in an open random place where people are, i mean how confusing is that? How can there be fire in an open area? Its possible but why run? Usually people run cuz the fire traps them inside a house or something but outside? This whole video is ridicouls ahahahha couldnt stop laughing and that man is being a bit too touchy touchy with that girl in my opnion! Its impossible that he doesnt have any bad thoughts about that girl as in sexual! Gross!!!!!
