Talk about well worth a stop on The Texas Bucket List! Had a blast taking the family to the Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe! Got my parrothead on and lived on island time for a couple of days! Great food, amazing drinks, beautiful golf course, gorgeous pools, and immaculate rooms! I was just at Margaritaville Lake Resort on Lake of the Ozarks, last week. They are adding on what I hope is a new pool and swim-up bar as seen in your video. It looks fun!
Used to go there frequently in the 90’s. Of course it was nothing like it is now. It was called Del Lago in the 90’s. I’m only about 25 minutes from it.

Because the cops arrest people out of the bars. Its a racket.. no fun.

There really isn’t any. They have lake front cabins. You can rent a jet ski or a boat but that’s it.
Those bars at margaritaville are staffed with police who agitate drunks and then arrest for disorderly conduct. It's horrible. So, if you drink, do not go into those bars.
Time out. This place is trash.
As low as u can go. Shame on u. Place sucks. Sad. I live 20 minutes away.
