I’m glad for my paranormal experiences. Also my mum told me about her experiences from a young age. They were terrifying at the time, but I’d rather know about this stuff. Us knowers are more open minded and look at life a lot differently. Obviously it affects us all differently, and my heart goes out to those who are traumatised and suffering.

Ben, I grew up in a "haunted house". During the night I would hear different voices calling my name. Even a spirit awakened me and I saw them sitting in my rocking chair. When I reached for my flashlight it was gone. I got used to it and finally told them to be quiet I'm trying to sleep. We had things missing and objected moved or fallen off of things. My family didn't believe in it. But here we were with it around us. My mom used to say, "You don't have to worry about the dead, it's the living you need to worry about" lol. So all my life I have had experiences with the Paranormal, Angels, Cryptids, and Aliens. Growing up this way things seem normal for me. Don't get me wrong, I have been terrified by some of it.

Ben, you're the first person on KZread I've seen address this issue. You are correct mate, there is PTSD associated with this. The first paranormal experience I had I was 4 years old and as YOU can relate, my view on life was and is very different to others that have never had a paranormal experience... I am currently 54. The PTSD aspect saturates every part of your life. It's actually reassuring to know that others out there have gone through something similar. Thank You... ❤❤

You are not wrong at all mate, not at all. Remember we talked about the haunted pub in Stirling that I worked in? After almost a year of the banging and crashing and feelings of being watched and/or chased/followed really did get to me and my mental health, and on my last shift there, all I could think of was that as much as I genuinely enjoyed working there with an amazing team and great wee buzz about the place, I was so relieved that I wouldn't have to be in the building on my own at the end of the shift, bearing in mind Im an Ex Infantry soldier, nightclub bouncer and kick boxer, it took more than most to rattle me.

Your spot on. The mental toll it takes on you is quite horrendous, paranoia was the worst thing for me it can grind you down over time. It's almost like it's toying with you and you never can anticipate what and when the next thing will happen. It makes you second guess yourself and suspicious of people around you and turn you can turn to drink to cope with it. In my case it was cryptid and paranormal combo over about 7 years and it didn't help our nearest neighbour was over a mile away, so we had that isolation factor.

I agree with you, i moved into a haunted house , with 3 children a dog and a cat , We thought we had rats or mice had pest control in 3 times , no rats or mice . as time went on things started getting worse , i worked late shift , by the time i got home it was between 1 am and 2 am. the spirit used to play with the cat , and tease the dog , i had to take the latch and lock off the cellar door , it always locked cat down there , i tried to tell my wife ,no one believed me , even i didnt believe me , lots of things happened , i saw a girl in a dressing gown , i thought it was my youngest , i turned the light on and it disapeared , after a while we all saw something including my brother when he was helping me decorate , after 2 years we moved for the sake of the children , sorry for long story , so much happened , it was a lovely house but we had to get out before it got too bad , thanks for reading , Love your channel

It is difficult to accept that there are invisible spirits or entities around us. I too am surrounded by them. I have found the best way to connect with them is to be nice to them. They are after our attention. They are experiencing loss. Loneliness. The last thing we need to do is go to war on them. Encourage them to be good and loving. They will respect you for it. Try to guide them forwards. Pray for them. What I'm trying to say is, they need help too. Support them. Try to change them. Encourage them to move on. Do however protect your energy. Because it sounds like you are being drained by them. Don't crumble. Be strong and show them spirit leadership. Maybe it's your destiny to do so. Love ❤ rules.

I lived a somewhat similar experience as a child. It's not cool, it's terrifying and I'm sure it has shaped who I am very much. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of my general anxiety was heightened from it. I learned to be afraid, that there are dark unseen forces in this world and to be overly cautious in all aspects. However it also opened my eyes to other realities that overlap our own that most of Western society is now only gradually starting to awaken to. Everyone has a mission. I think for some of us, helping the world to see the light was just ours. It comes at cost and we need to find healthy ways to deal with it, but this was our trail to blaze and you should feel proud. For me, I lost my ability to hear them as I grew up and we have long since moved. All I can say is it helps to find people who believe you.

I am a paranormal believer growing up i had a sister Carla Jo pass in a house fire . My parents worked midnight's and i was home alone as a teenager. Now what i believe is people are borne like radio receivers with the volume wide open as young children and a percent stay that way that is how we have medium's and i was no different. But as i got older Carla came to me quite often and i would be up in my room hearing her climb the steps knowing no one else was in the house then one night she didn't stop at the top step she peeked over the half wall and i saw her for the first time it scared me out of my mind . I told my mom and that's when i found out she also had the "gift". She told me what and how to turn the volume down and how to achieve peace with the souls all around you it can be turned to what ever level a person is comfortable with including off . My friend spirits are every where and have always been it is YOU being sensitive to them that contributed to your PTSD . Search for a medium that can turn your volume down or off . It will help trust me I KNOW YOUR PAIN👀

Very valid point Ben. I don’t want to be long winded but living in Suffolk I experienced things. Our lawn had a spot that would be ice cold like going in a fridge even on hottest days but not all the time. Our spaniels would run freely when we we’re about. One day this bitch stopped dead an hackles came up an she was growling an barking at nothing. Some weeks later I let her out watching her running circles an letting off steam she screamed her shoulder was broken vets did surgery an was pinned an plated the vet said signs of a blow but I know nothing solid was there to run in to an i still think she was kicked by something! This is why I asked if Lilly ever picked up bad mojo last video. If now I sense something isn’t right I just leave area. Good content as well as always. Keep safe

I’m ok with my experiences and have learned to just not talk about it with just anyone. If I’m with someone who also experienced something whether it’s UAP or spiritual related, I’ll probably talk about it but otherwise I keep it to myself. There’s two types of people. Those who have experienced something outside of natural science and those who haven’t. Even some scientists live in denial because it goes against their religion of science. It’s their dogma and they will defend beyond reason. Besides I don’t have to time or energy to worry about what people think when they are close minded. It’s on them.

I really believe that it all depends on who you speak to. Whether it's a psychic a psychic medium a therapist who deals in that area or those who just speak to the Dead, they all say the same thing that Poltergeist activity is created of the Mind for the most part the mind is a very powerful thing and people who are struggling with maybe being a sensitive, or large amount of trama, or stress will experience huge Poltergeist Behavior. And from what I have learned and read and watched they've all said the same thing the reason why a lot of these things get worse is because when you feed the dragon it gets bigger!!! That it feeds off of your fear and gets larger and larger it knows what scares you and your fear feeds it!!! I myself have not experienced anything that I believed to be truly paranormal but I don't really allow myself either. I kind of draw the line and I think it's because of my faith. That tells me not to mess with the Unseen. So I watch it on KZread I read about it but I don't seek it out, because I'm afraid, a healthy respectful fear!!! But I have experienced PTSD and other forms And it can destroy your life!!! So I think regardless as to where it comes from the pain is real!!! Hugs from across the pond😍🇺🇸🇺🇸

I wouldn’t buy into this theory too much, as there are many small children who experience paranormal things, most of which have no idea about mental health issues. Also in my years of experiencing the paranormal, the phenomenon was happening to multiple people over many years. It has nothing to do with a mind state in my experience. It has everything to do with right time, right place 🙏🏻🥰🙌🏻

  • @kristinfrazee2097

@@401files4 I think it's such a broad spectrum it falls underneath so many categories . Years ago I watched a documentary about Ed and Lorraine Warren Lorraine obviously I know you know who she is a world famous sensitive psychic,,, and the document was actually about young children who were experiencing those exact same situations and come to find out those children were sensitive and they didn't know they were sensitives and that's what was causing what was going on in their homes. And another one from more recent in the last 20 years Amy Allen touched on the exact same topic about small children. I'm obviously in my middle fifties when I saw the Lorraine Warren documentary 30. Which is about the time I became kind of interested in what was going on out there even though it scared me!! One thing that I watched in that documentary was about a kid it was about 7 or 8 that was causing large amount of poltergeist activity in the house even when they weren't home other people were experienced in it. Because of the energy of it the energy that goes with this is so amazing!! So I don't really think it's a theory,,,, it's like you said everyone else's experience is different Why it just depends on who you talk to!!! It's a Forever Learning Experience!!! But I do hope that if you're living in that kind of a situation Ben I would probably remove myself, because it can always get worse!!! And just when we think we know all the answers something else happens we don't understand and it would be devastating if something was to happen to you!!!🙋😒😘

Mate, I'll be totally honest here. All of the things in your videos have "normal" or "natural" explanations. I saw you watching a badger running along a hedgerow and you thought it was a bear! If you camp out a lot, you're gonna see and hear weird things, goes with the territory, but most folk get used to it. Its just nature. When you let your imagination get a hold of you it becomes a habit and you think literally everything is supernatural - then it becomes personal in your in your own mind, you think you're the target of it all or that youre "sensitive". Best way to actually investigate and learn the truth about the supernatural is to be as skeptical as possible and always link the experience to the place, not to you.

😂 If you think that was a badger, it was a 200 pound badger at that range. 😂 Healthy skepticism is good. But closed minded skepticism is detrimental and could easily lead you into a life or death situation. Think about it. Denying what could be a predatory situation be it paranormal or naturaland shuffling it into a natural category because you're unwilling to contemplate the paranormal.. It's dangerous. Mentally, and physically.
