I am so sorry you're going through such heartache. I am a mother & my heart goes out to you,. I can only imagine how much of a struggle each day is... bless you for how you honor & remember him, to yourself & to others, (like the comment you put here). You will be with him again one day. Until then, the love between you is never gone, it is eternally with you & with him as well.. I believe true love is a real energy with physical properties, so then a real connection forms through that energy of pure love that always exists. I pray you find and are given real comfort when you need it most. To those who've lost children or anyone they love in death: (1 John 4:8 : "God is love"). Imagine if this means exactly what it says, that God IS love. What if real love is THE power that created everything? What if love is that powerful ? Adam & Eve would've lived forever but they listened to an angel (whose jealousy of God moved him to invent lying & use the first 'lie', (John 8:44) to deceive Eve into disobeying God, earning him the name Satan, or "the Opposer"). Satan manipulated them into giving up their eternal lives.(Genesis Ch. 2 :15-17, 25 (verse 25 says " they were naked yet not ashamed", this means they were totally innocent creatures. Genesis 3:1-24, if you read that you will notice God did not kill them, He removed them from having access to "the tree of life" so that they could not go on and live forever. God knew they'd learned all the good AND EVIL possible to know , all at once, so they'd never be innocent again & that influx of so much knowledge of all bad things all at once would end up causing they and their offsprimg to do bad things. Since they'd CHOSEN THIS themselves although God could have totally controlled them all, or killed them immediately and started over, yet He did not do those things as He granted these sentient beings free choice and He did not take away their free choice. God told Adam if he ate from that tree he would die. Eve repeated that rule or instruction to Satan (as a serpent), so she knew also that God said "not to eat from the tree of good and evil..... or they'd die", but still when Satan made her think God had not told her the truth, she fell for it and .kept looking sat it until she ate from the tree.and then Adam followed her lead.. The result was as if you'd downloaded all the info. of ALL possible evil and good into a 3 year old's brain and heart all at once ; they'd be scarred for life, warped and never able to develop normally as God intended them to develop;; methodically, logically taught by God, bit by bit, building on each thing they learned, as we do teach children today. Their innocent pure minds were warped by all that info.before they had a chance to gain character, morals, decency, compassion, a strong conscience etc. The Bible goes from mankind losing eternal life here to the end of Revelation where it tells of mankind once again having access to "the tree of life", and it says that "the leaves of the tree are for the curing of the nations".( read Rev. 22:1 to the end.) It will all be made right one day. See Rev. 21:1-4. At verse 21:4 it says "there will be no more death. neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So, today we still deal with the devastating deaths of our loved ones, but one day, we will not suffer this anymore and it can not come too soon if you ask me, but I know it will come according to God's schedule, He knows when is the best time . 2nd Peter 3:8-13.says "but there are a new heavens and a new earth we are awaiting and in these righteousness is to dwell". Psalms 37:9,10,29,34. reaffirms this. May you find some comfort in knowing these promises and that God watched His son die, here on earth in a human form, in order to buy back this future eternal life for us ,to make up for what Adam did and put humans back in line to be able to be in harmony with God, (with love), for all who would exercise faith in Jesus' supreme act of love. Yet He certainly must have felt deep pain as He watched how they mistreated His Son that He loves so much, so God knows how that hurts and how you must feel and He has sworn He will fix it all one day, to where no mother will ever lose her beloved child again and to where those who have been lost in death will be reunited. In the Bible at John 5:28,29 it tells of the resurrection saying "all those in the memorial tombs will come out" Revelation 20:12,13 too tells us this will happen. Romans 6:7 says "He who has died has been acquitted from his sin"". So no,some are not resurrected to only quickly be judged and put to death, for their past deeds,death has acquitted them from any previous sins they committed..Romans 5:23 says "the wages sin pays is death". Death is the only consequence we witness which evidently follows some laws of nature or physics (ones built into and laid in place at man and earths very creation points) to be the result that happens due to our 'sin' (which means "to fall short of perfection") . At present we die eventually. One day man will not age and die.The resurrected ones will be only judged by what they do thereafter, in that time period on earth , the when everything will be decided and run based on the highest principles of love for one another .(Which is how it should be even now but never has been). They will only ever go through what Rev 20:14 and 21:8 ,call "the second death", (both places say that "the second death means the lake of fire" because after the resurrection happens, the second time a human is put to death, there is no resurrection from that death and that person will be as gone as if they'd been thrown into a lake of fire, literally. They return to the atoms , the ashes man came from, and never would be brought back to life again. At that time if they refuse to follow the rules of love and goodness only then would they die a second death.and Jesus, ruling with the 144,000 that God picks from among mankind to rule over the earth,with Jesus as their head, cohesively, in love.. These are sure promises from God.. Then we will see the ones we've lost again.Please read the scriptures I cited here and may you find some peace until we reach this time period.

(p.s.I added some scriptures to my comment above to give some background & reasons why I said I believe you will see them again one day. I hope you can find some small bit of comfort in looking up the scriptures I cited and knowing one day it will not be like this. We have only to lose one person to death to begin to really understand that it could not have been God's plan in the beginning to put us through losing who we love most, because it is unbearable. I searched for the why, why is it how it is and would it always be like this and eventually found some understanding that helps me get through the days. Hope it helps you too.

Beautiful song. If only we did only good things and stayed forever young. When I listen to this song I close my eyes and see my granddaughter dancing to this song. She floated across the stage with such grace. This was a few years ago but it is like it was yesterday. She just graduated and doesn't dance as much but I will always enjoy remembering her dancing to this beautiful song.
