madisen zirnyheld this is what I did basically: -I blanched 3 cloves of garlic and then chopped them. -took 1 tablespoon of butter and a little bit of olive oil and melted it in my pan. -put red pepper flakes, garlic and fried it for like 1 min -halves some grape tomatoes and put them in, added like 1 shot of vodka, and then half cup of crushed tomatoes, half cup of cream and then a little bit of chicken stock, cooked for like 4 mins -added my cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese and cooked for like 1 more min until the cheese was melted. -plate up and top with ricotta Bon Apple teeth

Hey Valles the best tacos are in Mexico however in areas with Mexican immigrants you can find great stuff like in LA and NYC of course (not in Manhattan though, for good ass real tacos you gotta go to Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn. Manhattan only had lame ass stuff made for tourists and yuppies)

haha I recognized that too - but it's not uncommon for Chef's to own many restaurants and prepare menu's for them, he probably has other chef's handle the daily cooking.

He's not only a chef, he's an executive chef, which is a little different. It means he "designs" the menu, helps with inventory, orders, figure out the costs of every dish he create yet he doesn't necessarily work in the restaurant on a day to day basis. The regular chefs cooks the dishes the executive chef create and taught him.

this vodka pasta looks very good! that is what i like about italian food... lot of things are simple but great and easy to cook. u just need good ingredients and have a good hand for cooking (feeling and passion) no need for exact measurements its all about the „feeling and passion“

I made/perfected the first pasta and it's honestly the best thing I've ever made. Def recommended.

because expensive restaurants give you tiny ass portions and overcharge for it but to be fair pasta is pretty filling for most (not my fatass)

When are you idiots going to recognize that it’s not just a pizza restaurant but an ITALIAN RESTAURANT

The first two recipes looks very well done and balanced, at the point they could be leggittimately be served in any restaurant in Italy.

That's why I love being Italian. And having a grandpa in the house🥰
