Sandwich bread - 180g.
Milk - 200 ml.
Mix the bread and milk.
Green onions.
Mozzarella 150g.
Minced beef - 1kg.
Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon.
Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon.
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon.
Sweet smoked paprika - 1 tablespoon.
Salt - 1 teaspoon.
Eggs - 3 pieces.
Onion - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 60 minutes.
Water - 100 ml.
Bay leaf.
Pimento.
Red cabbage - 1/4 pc.
Puree the cabbage to soften it.
Green onions and dill.
Corn - 1 can.
Peanuts - 2 handfuls.
Oregano - a pinch.
Salt to taste.
Olive oil.

I tried the cabbage salad--fantastic. We have a family meatloaf recipe here, so I just used it, with green beans and this very colorful and quite tasty salad. I will add cherry tomatoes, next time, for my mother-in-law.
Great recipe looks great 🎉🎉🎉. One hack you might try with meatloaf that we use that gets excellent added flavour is instead of water use a little beef stock with a glass of either dry sherry, red vermouth or port fortified wine and a little oil. Roast the meatloaf for 15 minutes then add this glaze of ketchup mixed with BBQ sauce, plum chutney, oil, and a little balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Baste the meat loaf frequently so the glaze doesn't burn so watch the temperature of the oven. Amazing meat loaf, served with sweet potato mash and garlic french beans. A great family meal and cheap too. Use the left over onion meatloaf juice to make a quick gravy with added mustard and a little parsley. For our meatloaf with use half beef mince and half sausage meat for extra juiciness and flavour and add crushed fennel and caraway seeds to the mince for extra flavour 🎉🎉🎉😂😂😂

Why don't you use the white part of the onions. I always remove the root then cut the white and green parts to use in cooking or just eating plain.

Not my cup of tea ...No cheese in meatloaf please and onions in the meat..Also use saltine crackers, bread crumbs or oatmeal in meat and of course tomato sauce at least on the loaf and some in it..Maybe some green pepper...To each is own..Probably still taste good....Minus that cabbage stuff...

Yo así hago albóndigas, solo que la verdura como cebolla,morrón y ajos que le pongo dentro los frío en una sartén! Muy rico gracias. Conozco una receta parecida desde hace mucho tiempo, pero es distinto, aplastó la carne firmó un cuadrado grande, la pongo verduras, aceitubas, huevos duros, zanahoria rallada, quedó mozzarella, perejil, lo arrollo .(como un matambre) lo pongo en papel aluminio y al horno moderado! Quedó muy rico!

I put them in the water and they grow again ( like 3 inch of white part of green onion ) and I get at list 4 chopping out of it 🤷🏼♀️all through winter I have green onion and during the summer I plant them ( after four time growing ) in my garden 🤷🏼♀️I hope you understand what I meant 😏I use a lot of green onions and this way I have free chopping 🤷🏼♀️

The meatloaf recipe was pretty close to how I learned to cook it except for the cheese - do not think I would like the cabbage, corn, peanuts , etc. Mixed with a little olive oil with the loaf. Each to their own! 😅😅😅

It looks good but us Americans love onions in the meat.That salad with the cabbabe is pretty and would be better if mayo and vinegar were added to it.I love the bowl you mixed it up in.

La carne asi la extendes sobre papel film y estiras pones morron , jamon y 4 huevos duros. Con la ayuda del papel enrollas como matambre y al horno.....espectacular con papa y batata

En Uruguay eso es pan de carne el pastel de carne es de otra forma. Puede ser masa abajo carne picada con verduras condimentos fritado sal o dulce si es dulce lleva pasas otra masa pintar con huevo espolborear azucar si es salado espolvorear con queso rallado

Na hora de assar faltou um bom fio de azeite . E mais tempo de forno . Creio que ficaria melhor batatas na guarnição. Aí sim ok
