Green onions.
Filling 450 g (I used beef).
Paprika - 1 piece.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons
Onion - 1 pc.
Mushrooms - 150 g (0.4 lb)
Vegetable oil
Fry mushrooms and onions in a heated pan.
Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cheese - 40 g. (0.08lb).
The fried mushrooms and onions with the
grated cheese.
Prepare the omelette.
Milk - 50 ml (1.69 oz.)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Flour - 2 tablespoons.
Gradually add the flour until a smooth dough forms.

Italian herbs
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Add the omelette mixture and the omelette
on both sides.
Place the mushroom filling on the surface of the omelet.
Roll the omelet with mushrooms into a roll.
It's important to roll the omelette while it's still hot so it doesn't tear.
Wrap the roll and place in the oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes.
Bake without parchment paper for another 10 minutes.

I love this recipe so much, and aside from the delectable meatloaf, I can hear children's laughter and play time in the background - so sweet - music to my ears ! I am chuckling too, at how your first so delicately put the meatloaf mixture together in the bowl and then when you donned that black glove you were the total opposite -- slapping that meat mixture LOL ! You asked what had for breakfast ? A homemade soup ! Now girl, that meatloaf absolutely is a must for me to make. The filling with the egg- mushroom-onion onion not only added to this dish hugely but it is so pretty when carved. Like a jelly roll but savory. I thought it was Parmesan cheese. I'm sure you can use any hard cheese you'd like. I don't think a soft mozzarella would work as well.
