Pasta with broccoli and mushrooms. Cooking with garlic sauce
Salt.
Noodles 250 gr.
Cook until almost done!

Cheese 100 gr.

Yoghurt 40 gr.
1 clove of garlic.

Yo sofrito la cebolla con el ajo, los brócolis le doy un pequeño hervor y luego los cocino con la cebolla y el ajo por unos minutos, la pasta la cocino por separado, luego al estar todo listo revuelvo con abundante queso parmesano y buen apetit

I use broccoli together with carrots, leeks, cauliflower for cooking a tasty vegetable soup and when I cook pasta. Tomorrow I'm going to cook pasta with vuna (the vegetarian version of tuna) with fresh thyme, rosemary and creme fraiche. I switched from white pasta to whole wheat pasta.
