My son just got married last month. He is 22. So sweet seeing him with big tears in his eyes when he saw his wife coming over the bridge toward him in her beautiful dress. Makes me proud I raised a good son that knows how to love.

Tbh, I never understood why people cry at weddings until I attended my youngest sister's wedding. The way she and the groom looked at each other was just filled with so much love, it was and still is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.

I think you have a problem with men crying and are projecting your feelings on to women- many of us find this sort of thing sweet and romantic! Crying does usually indicate that someone cares. I agree that actions over time are more important than momentary emotions, but displays of emotion aren't meaningless.

Reminds me of the days that I saw my sons react to seeing their wives. Truly one of the most special moments I have witnessed.

When my husband and I got married I remember walking down the aisle and we briefly made eye contact. Then it seemed like his eyes weren't focused on me, but above me....After the wedding I asked why he wasn't looking at me and he said, "I couldn't look at you because every time I did I was about to burst out crying. You were so beautiful....So I had to stare at your tiara instead!"....It's a sweet and funny moment I'll never forget!

How the hell this resemble me... I'm not married yet, have a gf though. So this is probably me later on when we get married xD. One day there is this traditional dance exam, it was the last year of highschool and we all formed a team and wore traditional attire for the traditional dance. Both of us are already going out that time and I swear to god she comes in, wearing this traditional Melayu outfit, god that is the most beautiful woman I ever seen. I couldn't stop looking but at the same time I can't look at her either like, she's just beautiful. How am I supposed to look at her? My emotions are mixed and my internal thought is "Man go tell her she is beautiful, either that or you just smile like an idiot by yourself seeing her beauty." I didn't do it thought, Instead I send her a letter with a flower drawing inside and some compliments about her. How beautiful she is. One of the sentence is that "..That time when you wore the traditional melayu outfit, I can't stop looking at you because you're so beautiful. You looks like an angel..." She later on replied and said that she can't stop smiling and blushes reading the letters I send her XD. It was the cutest ever respone I got and I can't stop myself from smiling either. God bless you ma'am for sharing this story of you and your husband.

I attended a wedding, the couple had lived with each other for years. He literally was bawling the whole ceremony. It was the sweetest thing!! 🥰🥰
