Sarah's talent and musicianship have received consistent praise throughout these videos. Mention has repeatedly been made too of her personality and she justifiably enjoys a huge respect amongst fans.

The algorithm brought this one back up. Man these ladies look like they’re having a lot of fun.

Love the whole band. My new heroes. The bassist got the Carol Kaye vibe. Great!

I never really realized that vocals are really just an instrument until listening to surf rock instrumentals. We forget that in "songs" the tones of the vocals are really just another instrument. But the vocal words also have another meaning beyond the notes of the vocals.

I love this. So groovy, yet rocking.

Saw 'em last night at The GOAT in Manchester, NH, where they opened for Rev Horton Heat in front of a jam-packed house. Current Surfrajettes line-up is killin' it. The KZreads I've seen do NOT do them justice. The Rev's crowd LOVED every minute, with dozens of newly minted fans lining up at the merch table to meet the band members and purchase LPs, 45s, and CDs. I've been digging surf instrumental groups since the early 60s (I'm 72; the crowd was a generation or so younger), and these ladies, in my humble, stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the best - maybe even the live Jon and the Nightriders at the Whisky (1981). (BTW, the Rev and his boys put on a SHOW. Man, oh, man, did they put on a SHOW!)

Saw them in Millersville PA, fantastic show, even though Annie had to go home. Rev's drummer sat in. Have been in love with these girls and their music for a few years now, and then got to actually meet them. I'm still high from it and been 3 weeks. Hence, here I am watching and rewatching their videos.

@@georgehowe6750 From what the Rev said during his set, he and his boys have had a blast touring with these ladies. Clearly a high level of musical admiration between the two bands. Bet Jonathan Jeter had the time of his life sitting in for Annie. She'd certainly recovered fully by the time the 'jettes hit Manchester, laying down hot licks start-to-finish.

Love the two guys arguing in the background like ain't nothing going on here...

That guitar sounds pretty badass. I love this stuff.

I’m 67 and I just had a flashback to the 60’s. Things is I never got into drugs, never even tried pot but I know the smell because of my friends and San Diego High dark auditorium school functions.😂. Groovy. Thank you ladies, I applaud you.

Shermy is such a show stopper and Nicole's lead is so freaking strong. And the bassist (I don't know her name) but she gives more depth to the surf sound than anybody living or dead. All I know about the drummer is that she's perfect because she's refined and doesn't drown out the other three. She's super-tight and perfectly beat-gifted. Also I know she just had a baby!! Congratulations!!!! I started the day off with your Toxic Surf song like I do usually. The other buildings can hear it well, and there is a split in the community about utter support or negative comments and nagging. Those idiots I've read on your sights giving negative comments are all sick bastards who are too stupid for any examination of their lives from 'doing something "big" like dishevelling a true talent and force like you 4 ladies. Please give NO thought to their comments. They're sick. Don't even entertain the notion that their insults have ANY weight. They don't like women in general. Anyway, I have something Go SOUTH even of total California Surf. But keep it. Venture to Mariachi. Like Neil Young's song ELDORADO!! That's it!!! Can you please do Eldorado by Neil Young????!!!!! Hey man, I saw the Stray Cats 2 years ago and they sound better than ever. Both of these bands are great because they took an older genre and managed to come up with great original tunes that fit the sound exactly. If they played together, though, no question the SC's would be at the top of the ticket. Good business sense if nothing else.

I won't say a word about their looks, about which too much has already been said. They do what they do extremely well. The arrangements are fairly simple, which is not the same as easy. Makes me want to turn my reverb up to 11.
