  Penetration - Ventures in Space. I love this band. Love Goddess of Venus is the next track on that record. Had to buy a new record, I played it so much. Alway makes me cry...in a good way.

  Fender are aware of them. The group has received several new pieces of equipment and they've said 'thank you Fender' so it might be that there was a deal.

  OMG who recorded that on a MONO CELLPHONE and assumed it was fab, as it's crap. This "absolutely flat" and expressionless audio, DOES NOT DO THOSE LADIES JUSTICE. I wish I had "heard this" direct from their own stereo amps' output, as that would have been way better,. Than someone's MONO cellphone, recording it as flat as this, at the front of house.

  Saw 'em last night at The GOAT in Manchester, NH, where they opened for Rev Horton Heat in front of a jam-packed house. Current Surfrajettes line-up is killin' it. The KZreads I've seen do NOT do them justice. The Rev's crowd LOVED every minute, with dozens of newly minted fans lining up at the merch table to meet the band members and purchase LPs, 45s, and CDs. I've been digging surf instrumental groups since the early 60s (I'm 72; the crowd was a generation or so younger), and these ladies, in my humble, stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the best - maybe even the live Jon and the Nightriders at the Whisky (1981). (BTW, the Rev and his boys put on a SHOW. Man, oh, man, did they put on a SHOW!)

  Saw them in Millersville PA, fantastic show, even though Annie had to go home. Rev's drummer sat in. Have been in love with these girls and their music for a few years now, and then got to actually meet them. I'm still high from it and been 3 weeks. Hence, here I am watching and rewatching their videos.

  @@georgehowe6750 From what the Rev said during his set, he and his boys have had a blast touring with these ladies. Clearly a high level of musical admiration between the two bands. Bet Jonathan Jeter had the time of his life sitting in for Annie. She'd certainly recovered fully by the time the 'jettes hit Manchester, laying down hot licks start-to-finish.

  The Surfrajettes are cool!! The Surfrajettes are awesome!! .. and have a far better sense of melody than I do. every time I play guitar, I wanna turn everything up!! and ramm those power-chords into oblivion. - Shermy is my favo. she is! hot!
