I like to char my corn then rap it with butter and S&P onion & garlic powder. I dice my potatoes and season and cook them in same fashion. All that paired with a steak, yum.

I've done Corn on the cob, but I wrap them a single cob at a time - You can also do a vegetable medley (potatoes, Broccoli, cauliflower - pretty much what ever you want the same way...😀

I do the same. Usually, I get a little caramelization on the kernels. Do that and you don’t even need butter!

Add some tarragon compound butter (unsalted, room temperature butter with dry or fresh chopped tarragon mixed in) to that corn and amaze your family and friends. Who knew that tarragon goes great with corn? I put the corn in 200(ish) degree water and let it sit on the counter for 45 mins to an hour. Then it goes on a direct heat grill to finish cooking. I baste it with the tarragon compound butter and rotate and re-baste as it caramelizes. Can be served with regular melted (salted) butter or more tarragon butter depending on how much tarragon flavor you want. EDIT: Also, I have watched many of your videos over the years. Thanks for all you do to make our meals great!

Susie, there's nothing better than corn brushed with butter and your seasoning (which is great) directly on the grill with no husk. Why block the greatness of grill flavor? You did the potatoes that way. I personally think it's so much better. That's the only way I do corn now.

I put the corn directly on the grill. No foil no husk, turns out great.

Indiana here .... sorry Susie, but this is blasphemy for corn.....LOL! In the husk, soak in sugar water at least an hour, on the grill in the husk until it the husk starts looking dry - usually a half hour to 45 minutes on the kettle. Butter and salt right out of the husk. We'll cook multiple dozens of ears in the late summer, cut it off the husk and freeze it so we have grilled corn all winter long. Can't wait until August to get some Indiana Sweet Corn!

Susie, if you want to change up the corn flavor try 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and the butter. It makes the corn taste and smell like a tortilla chip
