The game ROM itself is on the GameCube, and then it uploads it over the link cable to the GBA's memory where it's able to play it. However, since the game has to be stored in a chunk of the GBA's RAM, you have to reupload it every time you turn off the game, and it's going to be a much smaller game than a normal cartridge game. That's how Mario Kart allowed four players when only one of them had the game cartridge!

I just love it so much. Those worthless things are worthless no matte how rare it is. Games are meant to be played, taken care of but played. A game sealed on a shelf is the same as garbage to me. I understand preserving few copies to record history, but every game that’s kept in a seal to “increase value” should be hunted down by cadd and opened.

I think 2015-2017 Caddicarus was the peak honestly, the one-game-per-video made it feel a lot more focused, and it felt more down-to-earth with a bit less of an emphasis on the jokes and more on delivering a satisfying and concise review. These new videos are still pretty good, and it’s great that he’s overcame that period of stagnation, but it would be nice to see a regular Caddicarus review every once in a while. Still waiting on the Um Jammer Lammy review, it’s been nearly four years
