People forget that Sakura was only behind Shikamaru as one of the smartest of their generation. It shows in the anime but people just be hating on her for 500+ episodes to realize she's always been smart and good at chakra control, not even Naruto or Sasuke are that good at it. When did they really show her abilities other than Sasori fight? They only told, they failed to show - that was the main problem with the writing of her character. Don't blame the fans for pointing out the obvious. Don't say that Naruto is bad at chakra control, he learnt Toad sage mode for god's sake. That is something that needs godly balance and control.

Tbh I always consider Sakura (Pt.1) as Book Smart and Shikamaru with High Battle IQ... Remember, she answered the Chunin Exam without cheating, and it's something a Jonin can answer... She also knows (in the head) techniques, like explaining what the puppet technique is or Ino's technique and its weakness... But she sucks in battle (aside from the movies, she's great)... Shippuden/Boruto Sakura though she's a combination of Book Smart and Strategist...

If I remembered correctly, Sakura stated that since Tsunade likes to gamble, she will ask Sakura to play with her... Whenever Tsunade loses, she will get in a bad mood and will play endless so Sakura learned how to make the game to a draw everytime... it was explained in the episode as well hahaha!

Always been a fan of hers since day 1. I freaking loved the fight with the fake Uchiha Shin. I wish we could've seen team 7 on missions together late teens early twenties kakashi as hokage would have been way better than the bourto anime. Or a prequel with Minato

It's because they're significantly more popular. Atleast in Japan, where the shows based, they always have been. The Uchiha family individually and together, bring in way more views than the uzumaki family, the studio knows this, so they end up giving them more moments overtime.
