Unstoppable Sidearm works with the rocket sidearms, which have fantastic range. The also have more utility than scouts.

Generally multiple intrinsics don’t stack, BUT there can be weapon perks that can be used to stack champ stuns. For instance, volt shot on an indebted kindness makes it deal with unstops intrinsically (with artifact mod) and overloads with the jolt verb

Antibarrier pulse + suppression on collective obligation can deal with both overload and barriers. For some reason it does not work in reverse tho. Overload pulse and volatile does not have the same double champ stun effect.

@@Brian-wp9er its with barrier pulse and suppression, its the suppression effect working on overloads. when its overload pulse, the artifact perk takes priority and volatile isnt what breaks barriers, its specifically volatile rounds (same idea with unravelling rounds). this priority system is why even if you are radiant, if your weapon already has an artifact perk enabled, you dont also get the anti barrier from radiant, you instead get whatever the artifact has enabled

Remind me, does Radiant buff plus a weapon with Cold Steel or Chill Clip deal with all Champions. Because the seasonal Caster Frame is looking pretty sweet in that case.

Microcosm does HUGE bonus damage to subjugates (they count as shielded enemies and get its bonus to damage). It’s definitely worth considering for one person to use in the new strike to cook the mini bosses.

Only some of them not all of them are coded in the way that makes them take damage as if they're shielded

Please don't sleep on Collective Obligation. That gun has been an amazing GM option pretty much since it came out. People really love to hate that gun, but it's genuinely one of the best exotic pulses for higher end content. It's also had nothing but buffs since it came out. It allows you to spread debuffs absolutely everywhere, and with this artifact, the surges, and the recent damage buff, it's going to be a monster. Hunters with gyrfalcons especially make that gun a beast. Simply running suppressor grenades, with weaken, and gyrfalcon's gives you an insanely easy way to get all 3 debuffs. Collective Obligation, and Ticuu's have been my two go to GM primaries for the last 2 expansions. They're weapons that don't do a whole lot in normal game, but really shine in end game, especially GMs. On top of that, Outbreak is insanely good now too. Many people don't consider how strong it really is, outside of like last ditch DPS. It's free damage, and kills champs very quick for a primary

Thank you for mentioning collective obligation, I love running collective obligation with my gyrfalcon hunter!!!!! It’s an amazing combo and I also love using it in raids as well since witch queen

Malfeasance works because you have to initiate the unstop round by holding the aim button without firing for a second or two, you’ll see the buff come up. You do that specifically for unstops, for overloads you’re just emptying the mag.

I know Rocket sides are the hotness right now but As a scout lover I wanna give them a shout. GMs feel like the last remaining place where Scouts a actually matter. Add to that my boy Patron of Lost Causes is back! I'm chasing a roll with Strategist so I can turn it into a perfect pairing with my Invis Hunter.

I got a shiny Elsies while farming last season with pretty much that exact roll(mine has arrowhead) and threw it into the vault then prayed for antibarrier pulse. Thing is gonna be fantastic. Really looking forward to my KT/Frenzy blast furnace as well, also faith keeper looks really appealing with autoloading bipod but I'm skeptical so I'll have to test it

The unstop takes priority over the overload for malfeasance, tried it while farming lost sectors the other day

Lemon Arc is MY personal GOAT especially on gyrfalcons hunter. With the call and a lmg..I have all champs covered this seasoning been using deterministic and truth a ton so far this season....

​@@S-TierIguess Deterministic has a niche now and is usable. Farming master I was able to run rocket sidearm no hesitation on my solar support build and have access to all stuns. No hesitation is a beastly weapon for just brute forcing through stuff.

I appreciate the videos recently for builds and weapons. Between Contraverse Hold and Briarbinds, is there one you’d recommend over the other?

Imo it depends on the context. Contraverse is easier to utilize in confined areas that have high add density. Managing your void soul can create unintended difficulty in those stressful situations. If the level has more open areas and maneuverability then Briarbinds can control the field really well.

I was using Eriana’s vow on my Getaway Artist Prismatic Lock build today with The Call and a Linear/Rocket and it put in a lot of work on the barrier champs

Imo, SMGs are still strong in PvE, it's just that hand cannons and pulses have just finally been brought up to the level SMGs were at for the majority of the Lightfall "year." Hand Cannons are definitely the best now, but I think the rest of the archetypes are pretty balanced (except maybe autos could get brought a little closer to pulses, but overall theyre close enough to eachother) Obviously we have to wait till tomorrow for GMs to come out to properly test out how everything feels this season, but yeah all in all I feel everything is pretty balanced... In most cases, though, now that our longer ranged weapons like pulses and hand cannons are stronger, they will 100% be preferred for GM content over SMGs/sidearms* Edit: *primary sidearms

SMGs are usable but they absolutely feel weaker than any other option. Which really sucks because I like SMGs the most. For lower end content they’re perfectly fine. Higher end stuff takes too many bullets to kill one enemy, even with headshots.

The problem I’m running into is I got really used to using a chill clip fusion and an anti barrier energy, but outbreak cooks champs but that locks me out of a chill clip weapon for unstops and overloads

For this nightfall run outbreak and a hand cannon, both with the artifact mods. Keeps champs covered and helps kill the hydra boss

Hoarfrost + Drengrs covers unstoppable & overload champs.

Dont forget second chance and the anti barrier shield throw

I finally vented after months and learned that you need to hold down sightes for a sec (seems like forever) the weapon changes color and you get text saying stun shot or something like that on your left hand column. Drove me NUTS!

only SMG i would say might be useable in GM is risk runner.

It's because it has unstoppable and overload built in because it slows and shatters if you land enough headshots. One of the few weapons in the games that can deal with 2 champions without artifact mods.

Is there any research done on these videos? I feel like there is a lot of misleading information on this. First off there are no surges they were removed this week. We have known about this for a while. Also the striga is a SMG but it does not work to penetrate shields due to it being projectile based.
