if anybody is using this video for motivation: when you're young, you don't really want to do heavy weight lifting. I recommend bodyweight exercises and stretches daily instead because those both improve your strength and your mobility.

@@Seanni613Most stunting would be caused by injury. The rest is totally okay and will not stunt your growth. The only real way at that age to do so is getting injured which is why we usually steer away until you’re more understanding of safety precautions

There are not a lot of 10 yr old guys ik who can go 100m in 13.5 secs bro. Usain had that Jamaican genes and wayy longer legs than his and years of proffesional olympics training and nutrition. Even if that kids legs grow 10cm (which still are way shorter than Usain's) his record wouldve gone 12.3 seconds (approx)

The bad thing is that developing strength as a child can easily rip muscle, because young bodies that haven’t gone through puberty have weaker muscles
