You forgot to add that it's a 16/16 with rush. Or with Trump math, combining all this it's 22 mana worth of stuff + bundling cost so like 25 mana. But hey, it's so hard, because you need to play 3 activators for that, something that got you +6/+6 in the days of Old Gods.

@Dragon heart Secret Mage is manageable but the same can be said for big priest. Just run your Polymorphs or Hexes or play aggro and everything will be fine. There's no way Big Priest is the most disgusting wild deck in 2019.

Shudderwock should have been hall of famed long time ago. It's the card I hate the most and has made me not buy any more expansions. It's basically non interactive, and works with all battlecries. Other cards that do this (such as nzoth or hunter hero) work only with deathrattles or spells, which is much more manageable. Really bad design as we keep seeing.

Hunter would have one if he hero powered instead of playing mech bear card at 10:10. He would have hero powered following turn for the dub.

He also would've won if Trump hadn't drawn the one card that gives him 20/18 rush to deal with a deathwing AND an 8/8 taunt AND a double-evolve on a 9 drop etc. Hunter only stayed in for that long, because he got really lucky with his hero play.

I have played this deck AND the quest version - and while the quest version does slightly worse than the non-quest version, the quest version takes a big ol’ dump on the non-quest version when they meet. And since more than half of all decks you meet are non-quest Gal-shaman, I’d say quest Gal-shaman is the best meta call atm.

I dearly love seeing almost exclusively shaman for two whole expansions.

Genesis Osuna Quest shaman was the best deck in uldum, and you saw it everywhere in every rank. Now, we have this.

@@BrowserTroll2025 There is only one archtype according to hsreplay that has a 50%+ winrate against galakrond shaman, (holy wrath pala) which performs pretty bad against lots of non-galakrond decks, so, no. also where's the fun in everyone playing the same deck because it's second worst matchup is that deck itself. Galakrond shaman without any doubt, needs heavy nerfs

Anyone remember when a 1/1 for 2 mana every turn was considered the pinnacle of inevitably? Blizz love throwing insane stuff onto hero cards nowadays. Feels like they bundle rush onto 90% of cards nowadays too, it's a pretty good mechanic but it's starting to dominate the game to the point that feels like that's all there is now.

That first match has to be one of the greatest hearthstone games ever.

I sure do love playing against Shaman, the best part is when he summons four 8/8 with rush, wonderful.

That fuckin' first game was insane xD that dude never gave up and lost by 1 damage. Respect to that Hunter.

I been havin fun with a waxadread rouge, quite different from death rattle rouge, the endgame is a board full of waxadreads every turn forever. it so far has a pretty high win rate against shaman, though it win rate against Argo is extremely high variance.

That hunter deserved to win

Galakrond Warrior here and I have no problem fighting them unless they draw insane early game. Their 0 attack minions die easily against the shear amount of rush, their token minions end up being fuel for frothing, and they have no heal or hard to remove taunt so damage sticks easy.

Love the variety in this game, lets go HS ya the best game

Everytime I fight this type of deck, its literally unbeatable unless u get lucky af with draws and they get unlucky

Looks like galakrond is the New dr boom. You keep a damn 7 drop in the Mulligan cause its that good. Only time you win against a shaman is when they dont draw galakrond fast enough.

If you really think about it Elemantalist is like flanking strike. Deal 4 damage summon a 3/3 except cost 1 more.

5 mana deal 4 damage with a 3/3 body on its own already sounds really strong, but it also progresses ur galakrond twice

Only because Trump missed lethal with Kronx annihilation. Being a close match was his own foolish fault lol, after knowing this, it kinda makes the match so much worse.

I physically hurt playing against galakron shaman and they curve out galakron on turn 7 and refill their whole board with shudderwock on turn 9

Are we going to be seeing battle grounds still? I wouldn't mind seeing more of it even with the new expansion

It feels like they balanced all the shaman invoke cards without it creating a 2/1 rush and just tacked it on toward the end of development without revisiting stats or mana costs...

Quest Hunter is legit one of the few decks with a positive win rate vs quest shaman...not much to be done when galakrond draws the nuts though

Quest Hunter is at least a good counter to Galakrond Shaman. Shu'ma is a nice new card and the constant full board of cheap minions to finish the quest counters the Galakrond Shaman lack of AoE, plus the Leeroy+Unleash+Hero Power is an insane 10 mana burst burst. We all know the real counter to Galakrond Shaman is Galakrond Shaman and the inevitable nerfs incoming.

I actually had a quite high succes rate against this deck with a Zoo Galakrond Warlock deck. Often shaman lacks a bit of removal, and you just keep filling the boards with 1/1 that can be buffed.

Missed lethal 6:13. Hero power and taunt invoke trade both into taunt minion then both 8:8 go face

*Drops by Trump's channel to see if now is a good time to get back into Hearthstone. "The oceans stir, and the heavens cry!" *NOPE

5 to all minions, so now he has two 8/3. Hero powers and rushed into Zill. Zill dies but heals from 14 to 17. Two 8/3 hit face for 16. Face is at 1. How does he do 1 more damage? I don't see it.

Most high rank versions of this deck run either Electra or Vargoth or both. Doubling any of the spells is way better than most of the other crap people try to fit in these decks. Double Farsight/Invocation of Frost/Dragon Pack is op.

The hunter missed lethal by trying to get a draw off of ursatron when he played Deathwing. The interaction did not work and he could've used the mana to get Trump to 1 health to set up lethal the next turn.
