I know room had to be made and I know that there isn't a standard build yet because the expansion has only been out for 24 hours, but it's still crazy to me that a 3 mana 3/3 deal 3 damage isn't good enough to make the cut. RIP Weaponized Wasp

@@perryb.2732 That time is actually now. Quest shaman has a lower win rate than just regular old galakrond shaman, by a pretty massive margin. 58% compared to 67%. Quest galakrond shamans are getting stomped by regular galakrond shamans, and galakrond shamans stomp everybody that quest shaman stomps anyway.

@@Laireso Not really 1/1000, it's all based on how you build and play the deck, it's not horribly out of the realm of possibilities to be able to get Double Devastation if you play it with that in mind

@@SebastianRamirez-kz2lv So you build your deck to finish your quest at turn 7 with Galakrond, so you don't play the lackey package then because they finish the quest turn 5 and keeping them in hand is huge loss of tempo Shaman can't afford in early game, so maybe in some control version play only 8-10 battlecries, everything else would be spells so you can consistently play Galakrond with the quest reward every game no matter what... then how the f*** is it worth the reward if you don't have enough battlecries with it. OR you meant to get extremely lucky highroll of playing exactly only 5 battlecries by turn 7, somehow 2 of which are Corrupted Elementalist or 1 Currupted Elementalist with 2 more Invoke cards AND then also draw Galakrond exactly on turn 7-8? How fucking different it is from playing huge Edwin turn 3-4? I'm wondering.

@@mikked01 The name of the track in Turtles in Time is Big Apple, 3AM I guess it was just used in multiple games edit: yeah it seems Hyperstone Heist uses a different rendition of the same song (due to the Gensis' different sound chip). The one in the video is Turtle in Time's though.

I think a barista would fit well into the deck since most of the cars have battlecries. With faceless corruptor shudderwock would also copy himself and put himself in you hand, ready for another wave of madness in the next turn

You absolutely can Double Devastation, you just have to have Galakrond be your 6th or earlier Battlecry. If it's the 6th it will replace your hero power before the quest does, and then you can double all you like

I added a Shu’ma and The Storm Bringer and that adds more of a board presence minus one evil totem and a wasp

but you should be able to double battlecry Kronx right? YOu still remain galakron even after finishing the quest as your hero still does its emotes doesnt it?

What decktracker is trump using?

since when does evil miscreant only give pairs? It happened to me 3 times today and even at 7:00 the rouge got 2 rush lackeys. Is that a bug?

You need to add barista, so when shudderwock copies faceless, transforming a minion into shudderwock, you'll get a copy.

Having not played this game in a year I think its safe to say hs might be broken now

Someone in a forum thread I was reading was amazed that people were playing quest + Galakrond in shaman, because "it's such a bad idea" and stuff to that effect. It was like "really dude? If all you get off your quest is 2 of the 4/4 rushes (from stage 2 Galakrond), that's 8/8 of rush for 3 mana (quest + activation)". That's why quest + Galakrond works - in a worst case scenario you're getting two 2/2 rush for 3 mana, which is fair, and in a best case scenario - which isn't too unusual - you're getting two 8/8 rush for 3, plus some other battlecries along the way. Essentially, if they can't sweep after you do it, you've likely won. Also, it's possible to double battlecry Dragonhoof. You just need to have the quest complete *after* playing Galakrond - which is unlikely, but it's doable. It may even be the better outcome as the double battlecry hero power is likely better than the 2/1 rush hero power.

@@silverfang4583 Keep in mind I posted this 5 days ago when the expac had just come out - as in, the stats weren't in yet. The logic certainly seems sound (3 mana for two 8/8 rushers), but then the stats didn't back it up for one reason or another.

I played Pirate Warrior for 10 games - 9-1. Loss was to GalaShaman and funny enough I lost because of my own misplay. I had generated an Execute from a Lackey, and since I had already dealt with the standard taunts that deck gets I used it to reduce incoming dmg - next turn he top decks Kronk and I totally forgot one of the options is an 8/8 taunt and had I not used that Execute I could have busted the taunt for the win : /

Double Kronx isn't impossible. Play the Galakrond as your 6th vattlecry (yes it's a battlecty). It will frst change to the Galakrond one and then the Quest gets activated.

New shuddereock shaman. Play faceless corrupter , japetto joybuzz , life drinker and baleful banker. Play any 1 cost minion and shudderwock . Pray for the right order . Profit . Japetto can also be played after the first shudderwock . You could also throw stuff like barrister lynchen and the new legendary 9 mana 5/5 in there.

If you finish quest with galacron (6/6), your hero power will be your quest hero power. I did this earlier today.

You could still double Kronx battlecry if you complete your Quest after you play Galakrond. But what do you value the most, double battlecry Kronx or Galakrond? If you have a fully invoked Galakrond, doubling that battlecry is the best. But if you don't have a fully invoked Galakrond. It might be better to wait on the quest completion to double Kronx.

Trump you should just enable the "damage on board" option on the deck tracker. Then you'll only need to add what you have on hand to what it shows.

Sylvanas was chosen by Vol'jin after he recived a lethal wound, on his last breath he told sylvanas she had to guide the horde (that was during legion) Come to Battle for azeroth, when you ask the spirit of Vol'jin why did he put Sylvanas (when not many members of the horde trust her) he actually doesn't remember It's not thrall's fault, it's not even Vol'jin's fault (love your videos)

Now that I’ve played all of Galakrond’s forms, I have to say the Shaman one is my favorite. I like how this Galakrond provides a lot of solid board control, which I think Shaman lacks. I had to make a “budget” version of this deck that swaps the Battlecry synergy for Invocation of Frost, Feral Spirit, Lightning Storm, Devoted Maniac, and Hex. It still works, though!

Double devastation is impossible? Dude Rouges Galakrond can unleash devastation multiple times for 0 mana quite consistently... and I Love to do it! :-D

Feel like Shaman got more powerful cards than any other class this set. Even if the most powerful one is the rogue 2/5 that draws a deathrattle and gains its deathrattle effect.

It's actually absurd that shamans can double battlecry their class invoke card and fully upgrade galakrond with it, especially considering how game breaking it is when shaman has a full upgraded galakrond with the quest...

You just need too finish the quest invoke galakrond too the end. Push hero power for battle cry and play galakrond. And there you have it are stupid strong deck. But play galakrond when you don't have many cards left and the enemy too so he can't counter that

The fact that he isn't running Mutate, which has won me more games than even Galakrond has, is pretty ridiculous. Mutate is great with not only Mogu Fleshshaper, but also Corrupt Elementalist. Additionally, I've found Devoted Maniac works better overall in Shaman than Shield of Galakrond as you end up with too many 5 drops and not enough options on turn 4. I'd probably cut Mind Control Techs, Novice Engineers or maybe even the EVIL Totems right now until the meta stabilizes a bit as I rarely run out of cards, but I do run out of space to play/summon minions. This is just how my experience has been so far.
