Is that a LEMON tea or a CALAMANSI tea? I would think that lemons are hard to find in Siargao -- and they would be quite expensive as compared to the native calamansi (called "calamondin" in the USA). Or it might be the "Tang" brand of Instant Iced Tea, with a crushed mint leaf thrown in, just before serving.

I am curious, how often do you keep in touch with your family back home, which I am assuming it will be by video chat? daily? weekly? scheduled or randomly? Is it challenging with the time difference? In any event, you both have made yourselves at home in a country that seems to have welcomed you with open arms.
