there should be recycling cans and bottles in washington as well for a 10 cent refund.

Wish they did it in Colorado too. Lot of trash here. It's really sad

The thin bags are bio-degradable in a much shorter time than the thick new ones. This guy will say whatever they tell him to.

This is more moronic rules that make someone better off but not you and me. The most dumb question to ask someone that just payed for a bunch of stuff.' Would you like a bag?'

This is ridiculous why don't they just start using biogradable reusable store plastic bags instead of the regular crappie plastic bags that they having in grocery stores get rid of the plastic bags that are not biodegradable and start using ones that will dissolve in the dump yards instead of using the ones that won't deteriorate it just doesn't make any sense whatsoeverif they are so worried about the ozone layer they would automatically start doing this by making my aggradable plastic bags instead of keeping the ones that will not disintegrate in the landfills like I said it just doesn't make any sense at all
