That place was Shanghai's in the early 90's
We loved that location. Ugh! The floating restaurant was cool too and it's been closed up. That was my very favorite waterfront area of downtown. We'd ride our bikes and make an excuse to stop at those restaurants for a lazy Sunday afternoon. I hate that this is happening to Portland. And we know it's not a "lease" issue guys.
