Come to think of it.The Life-Binder is one of the most broken character in WoW - somewhat like Jaina - She loses her consort, the 1st one died mating with her cause of the orcs, the 2nd one died to save the flight's eggs. Dragon lore some of the darkest stuff you'll come across in Warcraft

I always kind of hoped for Malygos to have a redemption arc instead of us killing him. A lot of trauma caused him to snap, and I'm hoping we get some more info on him in Dragonflight.

@@lindadelorme5117 Ysera was basically turned into a nature spirit so she kind of exited the normal life/death cycle of dragons and followed the Ardenweald/Emerald Dream cycle instead, which is why we ran into her specifically

@@Marqrk It's pretty much confirmed beings infused with enough of a certain type of magic break their normal life/death- cycle. That's why demon hunters go to the Twisting Nether, and Argus broke the Arbiter.

It's weird how the Blue Dragonflight has gone through 2 extinction level events (War of the Ancients and Nexus War) yet still somehow has the 2nd most amount of named surviving characters of the 5 major flights (Shadowlands era). 1: Bronze: - 20 (Fun fact only 3 named Bronze Dragons have ever died and all of them have died outside of the game, Grakarond, killed in the War of the Shifting Sand, Zirion, sent to hunt down Murozond and received fatal wounds from him and Kairozdormu, helped Garrosh escape to alternate Draenor and was killed by him shortly after arriving) 2: Blue -13 3: Red - 12 4: Green - 10 5: Black - 3

Thanks for another much needed lore video mon, i always wondered why malygos started damaging azeroth and waging war. after reading dawn of th aspects and war of the ancients seeing how he was kind of the leader of the protodrakes in their war against galakrond and what happened to his flight during the first legion invasion now i see the missing pieces Thanks again mate

I was under the impression that the blue dragonflight survived Deathwing's betrayal because of Krasus' intervention. In the War of the Ancients trilogy, there's a scene where Krasus hides away a large number of blue dragon eggs so that they can be hatched at a later time, thus preventing the flight from going extinct. Is that still the case, or was that plot thread retconned?

I remember someone mentioning that in a Cata too, I think they said it to Arygos, so I don't *think* it's been retconned.

Ayep, after being swept up and send back by Nozdormu he made some small changes to the timeline like putting those eggs in a pocket dimension. Will go a bit deeper into it during story of the red & bronze

I don't think they've ever confirmed that other proto-drakes other than the aspects were also transformed into dragons, but that's what I'd say happened to Senegos who may be older than them.

I wish they'd of left Kalec's wings the way they were, they were unique and looked so much better than the basic ass wings he has now in DF...

Still confused why they didn't just seal off Malygos.... like they did with the Primalist. The Primalist were more in number and power than Malygos, yet they still sealed them cause of some "they were same eggs" BS from Alextraza. While she literally just went for the kill to Malygos despite living for ages with her.

Old expansions are free. You can buy the new one for $50 (or $70 if you want a level boost to 60 & a cool looking mount) & then it's a $15/month sub (which you get a better deal on if you sub for multiple months at once).

@@marcusblackwell2372 WoW is subscription based, not micro-transaction based, so a subscription is what allows you to play the game. That said, if you want to try it out before you do subscribe, I believe they allow you to reach level 20 without subscribing. Essentially that would give you 10 levels in the new player intro zone & 10 levels in the Battle for Azeroth storyline. It won't be the best content that WoW has to offer, but I think it'd probably be enough to give you a taste & see if you want to get a subscription. Edit: If you do subscribe soon, a word of warning: the store may prompt you to purchase the "Shadowlands" expansion. DO NOT do that. When the prepatch hits (we think Oct. 25th) Shadowlands will become entirely optional for progression & when Dragonflight comes out (Nov. 28th) Shadowlands will be given to everyone for free.

Dragonwrath, Staff of Tarecgosa is the first item in the game that allow you to transform into a fully fledge dragon mount that also allow you to carry an extra person on you as you fly. Before Blizzard decided to drop a scuff version of the mount with the Vial of the Sand item.

Did you forget that we had to kill Ysera when she was corrupted? I also think that the majority of dragon bosses in the game apart from the aspects are female.

I would love to play a blue dragon in human form so badly Doesnt Blizz understand there is more desire from many players? Yes we get Drakthyr but I dont think its truly the same, also im confused why they wouldnt go the normal/expected Race design Route, what a waste of potential

I bought and read that manga back in the day. I still consider it to be one of the worst lore pieces in WoW. Also, the art was lame.
