Mourinho is not just a coach, he's a teacher, a game changer, an instructor and inspirator, he's a coach with the best tactical approach of each game in question. He come and create history and go to leave his legacy reign for the next decades. The man is a bonified winner, he is a serial winner no doubt. I just love this man. A man who turn the fortunate of many clubs like Porto, Chelsea, Inter and ofcourse my darling Real Madrid. His legacy continue to reign both mentally and physically in Real Madrid.

Wijnaldum is finally ready to play after having missed the first few months and dybala who also missed most of the first part of the season will return soon from his post world cup.

Given right players, Mourinho tactic still relevant with today football. Sadly, competition to get the type of players he wants is fierce now. He has injury prone Dybala and Wijnaldum not to mention Kardrop. Old Matic and Smalling.

I truly believe that if you would give Mourinho the Warriors he once had (Drogba, Ibra, Carvalho, etc) he could once more win it all. But Ronaldo said it himself the other day: The younger players don't seem to have that desire and fighting spirit in them anymore

I also believe so and it is one of the reasons that make me respec Mou so much! I'm currently working on the second part of the documentary where I'll talk about that connection as well, because there are a lot of players like Ibra or Terry that always said how much they respected Mourinho and how they'd fight till the end while playing for him.

Ronaldo wasn't in his prime, he was a teenager and already the greatest striker of all time. His injuries robbed of his prime from 1998-2001

What he's done at roma alone he signed,dybala,winjaldum,Abraham,and many other players who needed a team to fall In love with,he rescued these players from limbo,and made them all top flight again,now none of them will leave out of love for roma and jose,he saved them from a bad fall.

one of the major errors of my BENFICA, was when fired José in 2000/ 2001, because of electios in the clube ,the new president want bring TONI and that was a BIG MISTAKE, BENFICA was the first clube to BET in Mourinho like first coach.

Edit: Mourinho only started the 4 4 2 diamond in the CL winning campaign because he wanted a combat midfield and counter attack. Until 2003 he used an attacking 4 3 3 with open wingers and Postiga as striker.

PORTO - PANATHINAIKOS 0 - 1 ( 2 - 0 ) jose forgot to tell u about panathinaikos at the nok out stage of 8 ( quarter finals ) uefa cup 2002 - 2003!!! panathinaikos got the victory inside portugal 0 - 1 and the rematch in athens the game went to extra time because porto won the game 0 - 1 !!!! in the extra time porto scored another goal !!! its very strange that murinio doesnt say anything about this mats because in almost 2 and a half games 210 minutes the score was panathinaikos - porto 1- 2,only 3 goals were achived the 2 goals was by porto !!!! in 210 minutes !!! so after panathinaikos porto played 3 games 2 in semi final and one the final 270 minutes !! in this 270 minutes porto played against lazio( 4 - 1 ) and celtic ( 3 - 2 ),so porto in 270 minutes scored 7 goals , against panathinaikos in 210 minutes porto scored 2 goals !!! the dificult team to overcome was panathinaikos not lazio neither celtic !!!!! if panathinaikos won porto then the uefa cup would go to athens!!! panathinaikos should take the cup !!!! murinio forgot !! it was a big chance for panathinaikos to get the cup,we had a great team !! but murinios porto was a super team !!! well never mind,after one year at the summer of 2004 greece visit portugal again !!!

He gave 3 major clubs a winning mentality that they still have to this day. Chelsea, Inter and Real Madrid. Those 3 clubs were always bottling it, couldn't quite get the job done.. Always choked under pressure before he arrived. That's why the real hardcore fans love him coz they know he brought more than just trophies. It's also the same reason Zidane doesn't get too much credit for winning 3 CL's in a row with Madrid coz the winning mentality had already been established. That's his biggest legacy and what's separated him from other managers, he brings something more than trophies. Pep at Bayern and City hasn't brought that change. Only manager I know that's done this is Antonio Conte at Juventus, Chelsea and Inter.

I will say mourinho is among the greatest managers of all time not conte The reason is he takes tournaments which are not look at as prestigious according to half the pundits or fans very serious which helps to build that winners mentality We actually saw the difference with the inaugural europa conference league when conte who was at the time manager of tottenham didn't field his best players and got them eliminated while mourinho took the competition seriously and brought roma their first ever european title from being the inaugural winners of the europa conference league

Hey that is why I love interacting with other people on this platform; to discuss football with them and learn about different persepctives! Regarding the coaches you've named, I agree that they also belong up there with Mou since they are all fantastic coaches for sure! :)

I think he was just extremely lucky throughout the first part of his career. He has been very bad for the past 10 years. If he was that "talented", he would be able to do much better now.
