PD James is a writer that perfectly combines plot and gorgeous writing. All her books are a pure pleasure to read. She is so missed.
Excellent lecture. Three very different writers and Mark Lawson a superb presenter.
Thank you so much! An unforgettable lecture!!!!!!
Thank you!
PD James is an absolute babe
Very cool. I came from a Brit talking about Fenimore Cooper!
Henry Sutton . What a pontificating prat ! Waffling on about " Noir " and the psychological aspects of the crime novel . The other guy is just as dire.. .what readers want is quite simple : a snowed in Country House , butlers , a library. a minor aristocrat , a missing will .. etc.
Gotta be Conan Doyle here somewhere!
Thank you so much! An unforgettable lecture!!!!!!
