Thank you, she is a very beautiful and smart cat. She is the queen of the house 😸 She will be 2 years old in April 🙂

Yes, he looks a bit similar to Buster 😸 The kittens look like they have the same color from a distance, but all of them are actually very different! Two are females and they are both tortoiseshell. One looks like blue/creme and one is black/red. The other two are males and one is blue like Luna and the other one is black. All of them also have some kind of patterns or silver in them, but I haven't figured out exactly what yet.

Thank you! I'm always open for feedback, both positive and negative. But yes, some comments about my decisions as a breeder are very tiring. But I don't get them very often and they don't bother me so much, so don't worry 🙂

Unfortunately me and Luna have to pay him for his service 😅 He's about two years old. I really like his look, very cute in some way despite being very large. They weighed him afterwards and he weighed about 10 kg.

@@Maine_Coon_Kittens Having the fun and then getting paid for it - i want that, too 🤣 2 of the babies look like Luna, 2 are more dark. I`m curious how they will look when growing up. Seeing daddy i would have expected 2 more pale babies like Buster. Strange! Most important is that they`re healthy and can have a good start into life. How is Buster reacting to the babies?

😹 They actually have four different colours! Two are female and they are tortoiseshell, I think one is blue/creme and one is black/red. One of the males is blue like Luna and the other one is black. And all of them have some patterns or silver in them too! I think the colours and the difference will be much more obvious when they are bigger. Buster is usually such a friendly cat and he and Luna are best friends. But now after the kittens are here, she probably smells very differently, and Buster gets angry when he sees her. I'm trying to make them friends again with small steps every day and we are doing progress. But he hasn't met the kittens yet.

Yes, Buster is the most handsome! He's been castrated since before I even got Luna. Otherwise he would have been a great father. I feel a bit sorry for not letting you know about this channel until now 😥 I have been trying to post links and info on all places I can, but it's still difficult to reach out to all people. Here you will find more in depth updates on Luna's pregnancy, birth and the kittens. Now that the kittens are getting older, I will make more videos with them on the Adventures with Maine Coons channel too, so stay tuned for that! Have fun watching he videos 😸

Nice! I'm glad that it was helpful 😸 I have more videos on my channel about the later stages of pregnancy, and I'm now posting updates on the kittens! I also have a video of the full birthing process. I don't know which country you are in and what rules you must follow, but do your research and check if there are any health tests that you should do. Like a heart scan for example. You can also ask your cat's breeder for tips and make sure that that person is fine with you using your cat for breeding. Good luck!

His real name is Gimli, but they call him "Greven". It means "The Earl" or "The Count" or something like that 😹

No, we just call him Uncle Buster, but he is actually not related to the kittens

It depends from cat to cat. The maximum number allowed is three litters in two years. This is Luna's first litter. I have not decided if and when she will have more litters.

Two of the kittens are female and they are tortoiseshell, so they have a couple of red patches in the fur. But other than that, the kittens are mostly black/gray 😸

This is a planned litter of purebred Maine Coons with pedigree and health tested parents. I love Maine Coons, and so do many other people, so it will be easy to find homes for these kittens. Excellent suggestion for ferral- or farm cats, but why would you spay purebred animals (dogs or cats)?

Telling a breeder to spay or neuter their animals is like telling an artist to cut off their hands. Please don't push this usually good advice in the wrong place.

I love cats, but we really don't need more of them. It's really abhorrent that you didn't get this gal spayed before she ever went into heat. How dare you breed animals for money knowing that it's wrong? Your cat is beautiful. Please spay her and don't do this anymore.

I love Maine Coons and so do many other people. Someone must breed them in order for them to exist. There are many different opinions about this, but I think we all share a love for cats and I hope we can just agree to disagree on this because I don't want to argue.
