@@sandraswan9008 Well, it's not exactly the same: Dredge is evil incarnate, and yet it doesn't just kill for fun, but rather to become stronger (which I'd say is a good reason to kill); on the other side are killers like the legion: they aren't as evil as, say, the doctor, but at least doctor does experiments on his victims, whereas legion only kills for fun

1. Even though it was a nightmare to play on, Hawkins really was an outstanding tribute to the atmosphere of Stranger Things. 2. I really wish they could give Blight, Twins, and Trickster their own maps in the future. Here are some ideas. Interment Camp - Dyer Island Dark Catacombs - Black Vale Coven Neon Nightclub - Downtown Seoul 3. I'd love to see Hellshire Penitentiary as a map too!

Another detail about Midwich that’s important is that the version we see in Dead By Daylight is the Otherworld version of the school. The school’s appearance changed to reflect Alessa Gillespie’s fears and trauma. The school looks normal when you first visit it in Silent Hill 1, then turns into the nightmare school after you unlock the clock tower (which is an Easter egg in dbd!)

gideon meat plant as the map we have in game is a mashup of many diferent locations within the franchise, for example bathroom was in the basement of the house of saw 2 and saw 3 that the control room, freezer and the drop pit are from takes place in the whole new area (also all 3 locations would likely be at the same floor, which they are not in game and control room itself could not be above bathroom in any case)

Which is honesty best. Having one map that is filled with Easter eggs and memorable locations. I still think that no map DbD design ever tops Junji Ito map in Identity V (DbD clone). Everything there is a reference in one way or another.

Awesome video as always, but next time you make a video about maps I think you should put the footage on the main spot instead of the background gameplay cause it's a bit hard to see

i don't know if you'll read this, but you are truly my confort KZreadr. i got to your channel arround the time trickster was released, and i instantly subscribed. i watchted a LOT of the older videos, and everytime u uploaded i got a smile. a lot of times i went to your videos when I was struggling... now is one of those moments! the wholesomeness, the open community, the peace that your videos give me, i dont know maybe I'm exaggerating anyways , much cuddles 💓

Fun fact about haddonfield is that we can also see ghostfaces certificates in one of the house possible alluding Myers and ghostface live together in that realm

Gonna sound like a nerd but the game from Saw 1 didn't take place in the meat plant, it's basically just there to make Amanda feel better, also the reason there's two bodies in the room despite Gordon escaping, Amanda would have preferred it if they both died there.

The singularity alternative costume gives the idea of alien, because is like the robot took someone's crew body and then rushes to kill gabriel (who is wearing the same outfit)

I think "redwood" isn't named because of the trees but the blood that once ran through them in ww1

I've been playing for a bit and I've only seen Disturbed Ward once, wish I saw that map more often, it was very atmospheric

I think Hillbilly hid the bodies of his parents and the officers within the walls of the Thompson House, if you go into the house and look under the staircase and the wall behind the staircase, you can see limbs poking out of the walls.

You have the Saw one wrong. The bathroom actually is not in the Gideon meat plant in Saw films. It is under the Nerve gas house, a place where the game from Saw 2 happened. In Gideon meat plant there was the room with Amanda's bed and the monitors, the pig juicer trap, the rack, the freezer room, but not the bathroom. It was likely just taken out of Amanda's memories and placed there as a bonus by the entity, because it was an important room in the Saw franchise and the first game Amanda helped John Kramer with was set there.

Also I can't help but wonder if All the maniquinns in the woods is also a reference to Laurie's Shooting range in Halloween 2018?

I /think/ the disappearing travellers at the gas station might have been a nod to the original TCM, and how Cook runs the gas station to get more meat

What's the detail on autohaven wreckers that references Ghostface ?

It sucks they didn't make more landmarks in the garden of Joy. It is an original map. Even they themselves said they could do more variations of different landmarks of the town

For the boneyard since it is a large tower they should add floors the the very top

I believe on some newspaper there were hints to Ghostface. But maybe I'm just confusing that with the newspaper containing a picture of Wraith.

I have a good idea for a video: can you look at some of the dbd community’s most wanted liscenced killers and see how they would be beneficial or harmful to the entity if they were to ever come into the game

Your videos are amazing and i can tell you put a lot of work on the editing. This one was one I was really excited to watch, but the picture on picture format made me stop watching as it was extremly distracting and dizzing the whole time.😢

I'm frustrated with the fact that BHVR don't Add many more maps with different aesthetics or environments... 🙆🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Hawkins Lab Map was my favourite Map because it felt so different from the other generic maps... The Worst Maps designwise are Decimated Borgo and Backwater Swamp in my opinion, I really miss Hawkins Laboratory map design, it felt so different from the others, with only Lery's Memorial Institute being close to that unique and specific map, I think we need more diverse maps like these that I mentioned, We need more diversity in the category of maps, because DBD have many more maps which in my opinion are pretty much the same, and indoor maps are very unique and authentic, because the scare factor it's much more unpredictable and impactful in these indoor maps environments If you ask me.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pardon me if this sounds rude but does the map have to be shown in a smaller screen. The gameplay is distracting. Other than all great video once again.

if your going to talk about the maps Then SHOW OFF THE MAPS. Dont give us a tiny screen showing the maps and a big one showing random gameplay. i have yet to understand what made you think it would be a good idea AT ALL. For the next time Please show the maps on the entire screen And THAT'S IT. if you really want random gameplay have that be the tiny window instead but i think NO random gameplay should be shown at all. Another way you could do it is have what your talking about shown at the time you are talking and then cut to random gameplay when what your talking about has no footage to go along with. you can even pause the random gameplay talk and show the topic at hand then cut back to the same place the random gameplay was. I could have said this video sucks and left it at that. but you did a fantastic job getting info on all the maps and still showing them off. And i do want to see better content and the maps too. So i give you more insight into my little problem. your most recent videos are great too. They show info in your face when you are talking about it while also giving the random gameplay the spotlight. If you are struggling with creating content you can remake this video to showcase the maps in a better way. Hope this helps even a little. : )
