thank you, what you're saying makes perfect sense, ive experienced brief moments where meditation opens up to....☀️💎 & in these moments i know : ive been here before, this is in everybody, and there is such a trust and peace so strong there is no fear.
i love the out breath, and I love how he describes it. this man has done more to help me improve my mental health than literally anything else could. breathing is so amazing :)

Hi Eckhart. That was lovely, I am grateful. There are times when I listen to you that I’m not. Today, I remembered my mom. I used to ask her why at least 1000 times a day.. some times with the more profound things concerning why humans do what they do, let’s say someone is being cruel or disrespectful… I would say why? She would always pause before she would answer.. and then say you know daughter, you cannot pull on a flower to make it grow.
Understood the 2 gaps after a long long time after seeing the video . Now i get it.

The interesting thing is I was just teaching a presence practice for my masterclass last night saying how energy travels in waves and if you can find the “zero points” or the troughs between the crests you step into the void or that place of stillness that underlines all movement. This is a secret that allows you to expand your awareness into the unknown, which enhances your awareness of the known while doing a more advanced form of Presence.
Eckhart is a guiding light for those who have lost their way.

I just bought power of now audio. It's an awesome book thank you... The take a full breath several times a day has really helped me calm the thoughts I'm glad I heard that video as well as this one. I used to think of the breathing as something mystical but it's just to break the cycle of runaway thoughts. It's a life saver
Hi eckhart I found in your talk that creates resonance in me but as a third world country i struggle to overcome through finding life underneath my circumstances. I read the power of now for over 10 years and still addicted reading it but my resistance kept me imprisoned plus i come up with your incessant thought by saying it i cant live with the self/consciousness. I wish this be spontaneous in me because i have moment of ignorance of what my tradition thought me and even what you thought me. But i found the monster the more i have wisdom. Did God condemn me 😭😭😭😭😭

In Hinduism according to vinjana bhairava tantra a book which talks about ways to be enlightened, the first method talks about realising the gap between inspiration and expiration...it's said that he who does this will get enlightened..
Hi Eckhart, I have found a little ''hack'' as to helping restablish a balance between the in and the out breath. Anxious people tend to force their breathing in sometimes and there is a chance to form a really bad habit I believe. My trick is to stay aware of the body functionning and not ''seeking the feeling of getting air''... so while breathing in I picture in my mind the effect as if I would breath out. And vice versa. Do this for 2-3 minutes and take awarness of how it is self operated.. You can focus on reaching toward stillness meanwhile; comes with practice, knowledge and good overall current situation of the person life (or his-her mindset)... Note for some anxious people, this technique can help reconnect with the body self mechanism of breathing.

When the place you live in is deprived of Life, joy, and movement by the state of mind of my family, should i stand and show them what is life by singing dancing (talking has no results) , or just abandon the place, and never come back ?

Just watch the breath... Don't force anything... Just be a witness of the in breath and out breath and after sometime you will notice the gap. This is true meditation
