Keith, even with out the tricks a bike is so much fun. I do just little bits but being outside and getting my heart and lungs pumping so good. Bought an ebike last June(2021) 2700km later, to quote Sam 'so dreamy, this thing is the best, so good' etc etc. I ride that thing everywhere, geared up to ride all winter here in western Canada. Itching to up my skills, influenced by Sam. He definitely brings a smile to my face.

The level of skill has to be appreciated to drop in stairs set of doom and the bowl with no brakes…. What a legend you deserve to do be successful ✊🏼

The steering wheel is fitted properly sir. To do some more basp-combi-like tricks, without OTSW, it might be helpful putting a white strip of tape round the “top” (like on a rally car) Cheers

Yup- a kid in my neighborhood had the Huffy Wheel with this set up. It was 1974 and I was wheelying that thing up and down the street. Steering wheel set up works great!!

For more control use a bigger steering wheel, one off a bus or lorry would be ideal

Saw several steering wheel bikes back in the ‘70s. I’d have drilled my own holes, so the grip areas would be usable. Also working out a break would really open up the possibilities 🤟🏻😉

Wait what if you maybe add a gear ratio or something to the steering column and you can turn it even more and it would give you more control at high speeds. Also maybe something like the gear paddles you have in racecars would be great to add some brakes to...😂 Also this seems like something that would even more for road bikers. This definitely has some potential I'm soo interested!

Have a look at GMBN Blake recently cut the bars shorter and shorter until, about 40mm , pretty funny tbh

Your insane man haha. Can actually hear the creak from the stem and proceeded to do worlds first tricks. Applaud here from the U.S.

Not to mention the extra safety with bars core sampling people completely gone with this setup. Pure gold as always

We made brackets to make it straight no cutting just drill bracket match it up and bolt.

Dude imagine if you put a suicide knob on the steering wheel you could do high speed bar spinning with 1 hand

I actually put a steering wheel on my old beach cruiser a few years ago, it's still amazing, I welded mine so it's actually centered, even with how much you liked yours, a centered and aligned steering wheel does make it entirely better

I once knew a guy with a big like 50s chevy steering wheel on at department store 10 speed bike but this was like 35 years ago around 1986 when I was 16. It was easily double the size.

Would live to see the steering wheel on some other bikes! My only suggestion would be to make all new holes for the stem mount so that you can have the wheel straight and hold it as intended!

You got some incredible skills! I like the innovation. You should design your own version of this customized for exactly what it is your doing. Make a hybrid handle bar steering wheel. You seem to have an idio-synchrattic relationship with your bikes. Why else would you do tricks with a steering wheel? Just awesome.
