In this video, I confirm the recent reports of failing Marvel and Star Wars toy sales by going out and seeing the mountains of unsold merchandise that dates back to 2016.

I work at an Ollie's, we've had several Black Series General Calrissians. It's honestly sad to see. Lando deserved better.
My Budget was between 1000$ to 1500$ per year. Since 1999, I haven't spent any money. I also sold all my Marvel, Star Wars and DC toys. If they lost me, they lost many others. Can't keep giving money to people who hate me because of my skin color, my gender and my sexual orientation. Disney can go to hell.
I'm surprised that the Captain Marvel sound chip didn't blare "Reeeeeeee".
Considering how Disney is treating the Marvel and Star Wars franchise, it's no surprise that toys are not being bought. Also, if you put out characters no one cares about, they are going to stay unsold. I do like the Micro Machines-style Millennium Falcon though.
Love how at GameStop even their Clearance figures are still overpriced 😂😂
I seriously just watched a 23 minute video of a grown man walking around stores and roasting clearance toys…and now I’m pissed off that this isn’t an entire series of videos for me to watch.🤣❤️👍
These "clearance" prices are still more than I'm willing to pay for things that I would actually want.
How odd that Hasbro is making more bank with thier original toys of G.I. Joe and Transformers and My Little Pony.
Baby Yoda had his day. The funny part is you guys called this. You said that they didn't have belief in Mando, so the merch was light. Once baby Yoda blew up, they had nothing in the pipeline. By the time they got it out, the baby Yoda hype was over.
No Rose Tico? I was really hoping for a tower of Tico.
What I see is SUPER inflated prices, even on clearance. Most of that stuff should've been discounted to $5 or less.
The mere fact that Squirrel Girl got a figure blows my mind.
So, where are the kinds of people that Disney are insistent on pandering to? They didn't buy Disney's wares? What a surprise.
Dude, check out your local goodwill. Retailers in my area are donating unsold goods and writing em off. Goodwill toy section is packed with Buzz light year and other marvel and Disney toys.
I knew the baby yoda was going to be over saturated. they should have focused on a few good items rather than putting it on everything
I feel like the choice of music while going through the shops was quite deliberate... This felt a lot like an LGR Thrift episode. Brilliant.
At least that Squirrel Girl figure looked like the classic comics version instead of the new modern version.
What is shocking to me is aside from Lego is the death of proper merchandising from toy makers since the death of Toys R Us. These shelves look like shit in major mid market retailers, and by extension that makes your product look like shit.
No love for Lando is rather sad. But I get it. Despite his being my favorite Star Wars character, I won't buy them because I don't want any of my money going to Disney... ever again.
disney, marvel and dc going to have to have their own landfills, maybe they can put it right beside the ET cartridges lol...
