Amazing how wonderful a little sunshine and being outside can make you feel. Even Mads! lol Springtime in Oslo looks beautiful. I love the springtime. Everything is so green! So glad you can go out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Always wonderful to see my two favorite Norwegians. Especially when they're this happy. Love to you both 😘,😘

I visited Oslo for the first time 2 years ago in the end of April and it was fantastic! People were out and about in the parks and the flowers were in bloom! A couple of days later I went to Bergen and there was snow and sleet. :(

It is good to know you are getting fresh air. I can imagine that you are going stir crazy by the time spring arrives. Stay Covid free! We love you guys!!

By the way, the translation of the Cucaracha (Cockroach in English)Song. Is about a female roach who dances around the house with 2 missing legs. Up here south of Seattle, it was 81 degrees F yesterday and we had 2 friends over for barbecued T-bone steaks outside, salad, baked potatoes, gine and tonics and wine with dinner. We hadn't seen them since January 2020. John had survive a malignant brian tumor since then and we couldn't visit him in the hospital or at home. Finally, the 4 of us have all had our vaccines and the time periods for full immunity has passed so we went crazy ! We returned all the books we'd exchanged, hugged and everything. Wow, what a moment. We still wore our masks except when eating and drinking just to be respectful to John since his immunity was still a bit compromised from all the drugs he's taken but great day in the morning, what a moment. Now, we are having phone contact with so many friends and family, making dates to get together once everyone has the vaccines and waiting periods completed. So exciting. Happy, happy, happy.

Hi, Ronald, That bites...not being able to yet be vaccinated. Yes, I received both doses, but we are still wearing masks, but social distancing has decreased, slightly. How did Mads arrange his vaccination? He owes you a trip to Syden. Are smokers given vaccine priority? Samis should be at the top of the list, too! After all, you're the other half of the best video team in Norway. You've most likely increased interest in visiting Norway by 6000%! Stay safe. Looking forward to open borders, again, but in the interim, am re-watching your videos. Hugs!

Here in Brasil we are entering the cold season...At São Paulo 12C is is the lowest temperature in Winter and I fell it so cold that I beg to die...

Of course Woodstock! 🤣🤣 Only people who live in bitter climates (like Norway and Minnesota) understand that term "Spring Fever." It's a visceral feeling of wanting to explode!

I wish i was there. I'm in lockdown in Cambodia. Thank God for A/C. Demons come here to vacation. Feels just like home.

Have many shops/restaurants closed in the last year? Have food and other cost of living expenses risen? True, we will be vaccinated a bit later due to these two being pulled from the program. It's getting better. Mads has had his first shot of Pfizer. So he will visit Portugal this summer. I have not got any, so I can't leave Norway. But we can all see the light in the end of the tunnel. And lockdown in Oslo is being eased now. Nice to hear from you again SANDRA. Hope you are vaccinated and protected. Big 🤗🤗 from the two of us

I don't know how to tell you this, but your park looks like northern United States in the middle of October. However, I live in Florida now and this week we had a few days when the temperature hit 80 degrees Fahrenheit. (Sorry, I don't know what that is in your measurement.) Love that Mads disagrees with you about the end of winter and the quarantine situation. Everyone here is sick of the isolation.

Hi guys! Very nice. It's still pretty chilly here but people are getting out and staying apart...strange isn't it? This may be our way of life for a long time yet. With or without masks. I hate this too. We just lost my dear Mom on Easter. She was in a nursing home with cancer. But it was more the Covid that spoiled her last year and a half or so. We hadn't seen her in a year...and they didn't contact us in time to say goodbye. Yeah. After she was gone THEN they let us in. It just makes me so sad and angry. And there are still many people going thru the same. Stay safe guys. Enjoy your lovely spring weather.🙏💔😪😘💐🌄☔

Many condolences on the loss of your mother. Why there are not more compassionate rules when nursing home residents are approaching the end of life, I have no idea. This needs to change. I've kept my 99 year old Dad in his own home largely for this reason. It's harder for the "it's for your own good" people to get at a family member when that person is still at home. Not impossible. But harder.

We'll see. It's nice that they aren't enforced, and it's nice that people are staying in bubbles, but that hasn't worked so well in other countries. I just HOPE Oslo's numbers don't rise as a result of this. Maybe the improved mental health is worth it? I'm not sure.

Good! It's about time people got back to living life as normal. We can only live locked in our basements for so long, even in a nation of introverts.
