I felt like I was watching cinema in those last 3 minutes… very well put together

Uh oh... What is going to happen here?

Lore Summary time: (Spoilers for the episode) 0:00) This seems like travis and dave just told him the truth of his past, however they simply just gave the boss a new outfit to get him in a good mood before the reveal 2:49) Dave explaining to travis everything he knows but also warning him to keep his voice down. this infomation wouldnt effect any normal bystander so perhaps dave is aware that alpha's watching, or is just worried that this convosation will be picked up by the cameras recording the inkspedition 3:18) "one was litterally designed to be the opposite of the other" 3:45) alpha has created a poison by taking the fuzzy ooze and combining it with his own ink... (is alpha like a DNA Scientist or something how did he manage this?! :P) 3:59) This poison seems to allow alpha to control anyone who he uses it on much like billy and the host 4:04) "It's hidden away" The poison is hidden in the host's splat charger so alpha can quickly and remotely access it 5:55) Dave theorises about the memory sharing abilities of the host and alpha 6:30) "If alpha even dares to lay a hand on you he'll have to go through me first" This will come back into play later 8:18) Dave and travis try and lure the host to a remote location so that they can reveal his past without the interfearance of alpha 8:26) It's had to make out but i think alpha is controling the host in this instance due to the slight blue tint of the host's eyes. Or he could just be observing without controlling 8:39) I beleive this is the actuall host talking here 8:53) However, i think alpha heard travis say that and then took control at this point. alpha could've taken control here to stop the host remembering at this point, so he doesn't wonder why dave and travis never managed to tell him of his past 8:55) Dave gets ready to explain but is interupted by a swift charger shot from alpha (in the host's body) but travis managed to get in the way just in time 9:08) Alpha doesn't even hide the fact that the host isn't the host at this point, as he is speaking with his own voice instead of the host's 9:26) and 10:40) Alpha didnt want to resort to the poison method but it was the only choice left 9:35) the Poison starts to set into travis, leaving him inkredibly ill 9:56) "This isn't just damage i could shake off from swim form" Implying that this is permanant damage... 10:00) "It's like it has an iron grip on my very core" 10:03) Alpha explains the origins of the host and billy to dave and travis 10:09) "They're a part of my very being" 10:16) "This power that connects us doesn't come without it's risks" If the host and billy are sharing a being/life force with alpha, it would make sense that their existance is unstable 10:30) "Boss snap out of it" Dave tries to make alpha loose his contol over the host's body but to no evail 10:43) "My *Counterpart* Respects you guys more than you know" 10:51) The poison may allow alpha to control travis as if he were created from alpha himself. 10:59) One more piece has been added to the Alpha-Star --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's something interesing i thought of: If alpha can make the poison once, he can most likely do it again. So he may target dave if he does do so... However! this leaves us with an interesting perdicament. as there are still 2 main characters in the lore: Dave, and Splatlocke... But only 1 more point on the Alpha-Star... So if alpha uses the poison on dave... will it be too much for him to handle? Here's another question: Is splatlocke even a part of alpha? I ask this question as the points on the alpha star represent people it connects to: Alpha, Billy, The host, and now travis... But billy and the host's colours were already present on the star as they were part of the star's creation in the first place... so wouldn't splatlocke be already present on the star if he was created from alpha too? What if splatlocke was never a part of alpha to begin with...

I’ve had a feeling from the beginning that neither Splatlocke nor Travis were apart of Alpha, Alpha himself had to watch in on their conversations, meaning he couldn’t look through either of their eyes, and the star indicates there must be five parts of him, I’d assume the left is Billy and the right is the Host, and I’m thinking Alpha is the top point of the star, but a new version has awoken, I’d assume this is Alpha’s “counterpart” as he mentioned, perhaps the exact opposite of Alpha, maybe a sanitized version? The ink color being green? It’s unlikely though, hmmm… that now begs the question who’s the fifth? The lower right of the star still stands with no ink color… but maybe Alpha using the poison made Travis part of him and that’s why the star fragment turned green? I’m still wondering if this “counterpart” is the green but I’m not entirely certain

@@fate7418 I think the counterpart was reffering to the host. and the new green segment on the star is Travis. As his eye colour is green, we saw the star appear when he was talking about how the poison felt, and it only appeared after that whole interaction

@@BooTube5 that does make a lot of sense actually- and I watched the episode again and immediately was like: “yeah i probably overthought that-“ But still, that does beg the question of who will be the fifth “fragment” is what I’m going to call it- it could possibly be Splatlocke but… I don’t know, I’m still wondering if we’ll be introduced to a new character or if Dave will be hit with the poison

okay, so, LOTS of questions. 1: i have noticed that Alpha has gotten a lot more controlling (literally) as he gets more in-sync with his abilities. during the alterna playthrough, he seemed almost scared of this ability, but as time progressed, he became like this. is this the sanitization trying to take effect, or is he nervous that if his counterparts stray away from their original design, “something bad will happen” to HIM, which is why he doesnt want them to know about their past. 2: not exactly on topic, but will we ever get more of those “dizzy spells” and migraines again? did they only happen when his counterparts strayed away, or are they just a side effect for after he looks through someone’s eyes? and why did he get those migraines when mr. grizz was around?? i get you may not want to answer this for spoiler reasons, its just some observations i’ve made. I love this story so much and I’m so excited for how it will go! sorry for the long paragraph😅

*HOLY SH-* THE LORE!!!! OH this is getting SO GOOOOD the star though… five segments, two full and two “fragments” if you will… if I had to make a guess the top fragment is probably Alpha himself… I have a feeling that he’s being affected not only physically but psychologically by Tartars ink… hmmm and Alpha seemed mortified that if he himself couldn’t stop them then… someone else would… his “counterpart” he called it…? On the opposite side of the star… perhaps… there’s a version of Alpha that’s fully sanitized… that’s dangerous… and it now seems that counterpart has been awakened. Hmmm, I’m thinking this counterpart is more dangerous to those two, and Alpha is doing this to *protect* them… gosh this is REALLY making my lore deducting come out and I’m more excited for the next episode of the Inkspedition then I am for Genshin’s next Archon quest 😂😂😂 I do believe though that the lore will be continuing into Side Order as that has now been confirmed as Agent 8… Also, CAN WE GET SOME ANIMATORS WORKING ON THAT ENDING SCENE? THAT WILL MAKE FOR SOME AMAZING ANGSTY LORE AND I *NEED TO SEE IT* XD

LORE IS LOREING HARD

Wait a damn minute! The bottom left of the Star of Alpha at the end turned green, which represents another character made by Alpha! Not only that, the layout of the video playlists at the end... Billy's Singleplayer playlist on the left side of the star shows that Billy is the white sector of the star. The host of the Inkspedition's maps on the right side of the star shows that The Host of the Inkspedition is the purple sector of the star. Then, there's *Splatlocke's* X Rank Nuzlocke on the bottom left side of the star showing that the green sector represents Splatlocke! And, to top it off, *Alpha,* the creator of these 3 is in the middle of the star, representing that *he* is the main root to these 3 Squids and Octopi. Sorry for the long paragraph 😅

New inkspedition episode, that means more of my weird, probably stupid joke theories! 1. The host finds his individuality and breaks free from Alpha's control 2. Alpha accidentally screws up and the poison was too strong, killing Travis 3. Travis and Dave convince Alpha to let them tell the Host 4. EPIC BOSSFIGHT As someone who believes that Splattercolor screen is and was fine before the patch, 7:39 is basically the Splattercolor screen drama explained. Why is it so accurate-

That splatterscreen joke was actually written after the patch that made it darker. It never affected me much but it was stopping some players from playing the game and not in the way it's supposed to.

So the pieces of thestar are, Billy, the host of the inkspedition, Splatlocke(???????????), and now Travis, the fact that he can get anyone in the world with this stuff makes Alpha sound like he has similar plans with the people like Mr. Grizz and tartar soooooooooooo Be on the lookout for him in Side Order!!!

So I thought that Alpha, The Inkspedition, and Billy were all the same person but was somehow separated each other’s personalities into a inkling and octolin’s body since The Inkspedition was always in a mood and Billy was mostly cheerful. And Alpha was like the hive mind of the whole thing. But the lore is just, wow. I’m just scared what Alpha is going to do with Dave.
