It's all part of this thing nearly all of us know. Most people are too confused to make sense of it right now. But anyway, my point is that the environment is a huge part of this, but "climate change" is talked about only because it has a political agenda, nothin' more.

I don't agree it is only a political agenda... It is science, beloved giant Sequoias burning and glaciers melting and methane coming out from permafrost. Politics is human and what is destroying us.... Forget that, the earth needs us to change, or she will change us in very unpleasant ways.

​@@jandunn169 It would be different if the West stopping its CO2 emissions made real changes, but it doesn't. We would need India and China on board to make a difference, and that is simply not happening. They are producing most of the pollution, by large margin, and rely on that pollution to remain great powers. This brings me back to what I said in my original post. It's only in the West that this climate change phenomena is so obsessed over. And of course, it will require radical changes to the fabric of our societies. TPTB prey on your good will to pass political agendas.

I do not agree. Climate change is not a political agenda but a talking point to get people to not care. The real agenda is money and exploitation and refusing to recognize the peril we are in is suicide. We can all choose to care about the earth more than our consumerism and senseless diversions.
