Iron workers where really something back in the day.
I like dat needle
It is the same tower as the Skylon tower except is in Seattle
Spent an obscene amount of money for virtually zero return.

If that needle bring extra person to Seattle that is a return you don't see but exist. Symbolic item don't generate value on their own but they bring value around them.
