That's something I love about UA. Other races get big squads of like 20-30 guys. The Space Marines say "Ok so here's like, two guys." And those two guys win.

My mind was blown when I saw the gnarly executions & full 3D camera as a kid. You could say DOW's Blood Ravens... Stole my heart

Christ it basically turns into a PowerPoint presentation: "Here you can see the Xenos.... And in this next slide you can see the crater that formally was said Xenos...."

Some great comedic timing on the sound effects, especially the two instances where people get thrown. I was just in awe of the sheer amount of flame at the end. Are those the "Salamanders" I've heard so much about. The ending makes me sad that I never got to see "Astartes" before it got taken down.

Highly recommend the Unification mod. It's less over the top than Ultimate Apocalypse, and easier to get working properly. I will always prefer it over UA.

I remember years ago finding the DoW demo on a PCGamer cd and I about lost my mind. I hadn't heard anything about it or that it was even in production - I watched the introduction about 50 times before I even played it.

3:43: i remember that from the intro whenever you load up Warhammer 40K: Dawn Of War: Soulstorm, for anyone wondering, the intro starts off with some T'au fighting, and beating, some Imperial Guard (Astra Militarum), and ends with some Sisters Of Battle (Adeptas Sororitas) coming to the Imperial Guard's rescue, ahh, the nostalgia

Yeah the mod is too much, im thinking of converting to unification!

You need to try out the Unification mod: throws in a whole smorgasbord of factions, maps, a Last Stand Mode, and is actually receiving more timely support compared to UA(albeit sadly, it was a blast of a mod).
