If you noticed, Pretoria is is full of young people because of educational institutions, both public and private, and many adults employees because of many government developments and deplomatic offices. I work in the CBD and commute from Akasia (Amandasig). The building at 30:36 on the right is my office. East of Pretoria is more morden than central, obviously because of expansion. Not one hospital but many hospitals. There medical university in Garankuwa used to be Medunsa, meaning Medical University of South Africa. Sorry, Pretoria is overcrowded. we have thousands of foreigners in the city centre go to Sunnyside it is dilapidated

Oh my it has good weather, but worst thunderstorms during summer time. You are right, Pretoria is an old city but best and beautiful, and there's no exaggerated congestion like Johannesburg, and is definitely not dangerous, it's the safest city in the whole SA.

Makes sense there is alot of the young population look at Joburg too braamfontein to be specific there is alot of young people there hence why its very clean n well kept

Even during white minority rule, South Africa has always had a majority black population; this is exactly why the apartheid government didn't want 'One Man, One Vote' for all South Africans. Current South African demographics are: 80% black; 9% coloured (mixed race); 8% white; 3 % Asian.
