POV: you are sitting down, looking out the windows as you approach Singapore's Changi, overlooking the Singapore Strait filled with cargo ship and shortly after that, finally landed and the cabin crew telling you "Welcome to Singapore and to resident of Singapore, welcome home" and as the plane slowly taxiing to the gate, you looking back and reflecting what you have done and spent time on the plane for an 18 hrs trip.

I am a Chinese student studying in Malaysia. I was lucky enough to take a Singapore Airlines flight from Beijing to Kuala Lumpur this month. Because I suddenly fell ill two days before the flight, I was positive for COVID-19 and had a high fever, so I was unable to board the plane on time. Singapore Airlines changed my flight for free, arranged a window seat, and provided me with two meals for my lack of appetite. Thank you very much for Singapore Airlines’ excellent service. I hope I will have the opportunity to fly with Singapore Airlines again in the future!❤

I think that’s most of the airline groups will do. They don’t want a sick personnel on board for hygiene reason. If there is any airline does not allow you to postpone your flight for this reason, DO NOT FLY WITH THEM ANYMORE, they are taking profits more important than safety. But you made the right decision. As a young 10 year old boy I flew to Australia with my family to live for a few years. Our flight was with Singapore Airlines and I will never forget the impression it made on me. The service, the entertainment, the music, the ambience, so relaxing and at the same time such a sense of adventure into the unknown. Thank you Singapore Airlines for giving me that fond and everlasting memory!

As someone who has flew with Singapore airlines very recently, this reminds me of the amazing time on the plane. This reminds me of the great service, the amazing food and the calming music. Singapore airlines just simply made my trip 100 times better, like on their aircraft i felt a sense of peace and trust in them. I knew i should have flew with such a great airline!

I fell in love with this music again and again and it makes my eyes blur every time whenever I listen to it, reminds me of all the good times I spent from the airport to the plane and this music. I'm thrilled that I got an opportunity to fly with Singapore Airlines for my Philippines trip!!!

This just shows beauty in its true essence. The unity between every single note, every single beat and every single reverberation proudly expresses the very pride and glory of Singapore itself. Nothing makes my heart feel more alive and at peace than Singapore Airlines. Upon clicking on this video, I was reeled in by the serenity and pleasant atmosphere. It made me feel like I was floating on a fluffy cloud and that cloud was held in the palms of Lee Kuan Yew himself. He blew a cool breeze on my belly as I laid still. "Relax, my child," he said softly as his hand gently caressed the top of my head. "You are safe. Pain is no more. Singapore Airlines will never let you suffer again". He smiled at me, and as he let go of the cloud, I began to drift further and further away from him. Then, I woke up from my nap. Nobody has ever made me feel that way before. Thank you, Singapore Airlines. Now I know that I am truly home.

We left Singapore after 13 years, this music makes me nostalgic and happy to remember our singapore days. The sweet days... the place we called home. I guess it will always be home as that's where I have lived the longest in life.

I am an Indian, I first travelled abroad for my masters to newyork with Singapore Airlines, I thoroughly enjoyed the music and the food. I first thought what a long flight to take, but my impression towards that journey totally changed with my first travel with singapore airlines. I always prefer singapore airlines over any airline. I dont know why I am very very intrigued towards this music, especially the landing music. It gives me the sorrowing and pinning feel leaving this airlines after a fabulous journey. I love you Singapore Airlines. You are the best.

my first time experience with SQ was to met my parents in law in Bangalore. i was so nerveous to meet them for the first time, but somehow once this sound came up before landing, it's soothing me . the warmest service from the hostess and the taste of vanila ice cream those things that i will never forget. looking forward to fly again with SQ

I’m so happy to be able to listen to The Sound of Singapore Airline in full versions. This is my only and fave airline melody. It makes me smile, optimistic embarking to a journey, sad when it comes to an end, but always looking forward to embark to my next journey. This sound always draw me to fly SQ again and again. Three more days until I board that plane, hear this sound playing, see my fav Singapore Girl FA’s in their beautiful Kebaya as I start a new journey only with SIA!!

I will be hearing this tomorrow when I fly to Johannesburg South Africa!

I'm an undergrad student in Seattle in the US and I grew up entirely in Bangalore, India. I returned home for the first time in almost a year in June 2023 via Singapore and it was honestly the best flight experience I've ever had. I flew premium economy and the service was just excellent. Moreover upon landing in Changi and hearing this soothing tune, I became quite emotional and excited to get home and meet my family in Bangalore!

There is something so soothing about this, it comforts my ears and my heart. Though I am not Singaporean, it is my second home having lived there for a while now. Singapore holds a special place in my heart. Traveled extensively and seen a lot of places, but Changi airport and Singapore Airlines are the best in the world ❤ Every time we end up in general discussion and talk about places I proudly boast about how good Singapore is to my friends and new acquaintances.

My family and I recently moved to Barcelona in Feb 2023 and we flew with Singapore Airlines from Malaysia/Singapore. Such a pleasant flight and love the service! The landing soundtrack is so soothing and will always remind me of our arrival to Barcelona in that very morning.

Just found this video and I absolutely love it :) I just flew with SIA to Japan and Hong Kong. Always good to be on board. Excellent cabin crews who helped me and my mom on wheel chair. They made sure Mom was comfortable and had a pleasant flight. The wheel chairs were ready within minutes upon each arrivals. Thank you Singapore Airlines :)

As our national carrier (SAS) is leaving the best alliance (Star Alliance) in August, in which Singapore Airline belongs, it is with great nostalgia and sadness I listen to this song from now on. Connections (and the comfort) to Asia won't be nearly as good with the other partner carriers in SkyTeam as they were with Singapore Airlines. 😢

I agree and for Skyteam Alliance you still have an Identical service to SQ on KE/CI/MU/FM/VN/GA the new East Asian partners of SK. For me since my final destination is always MNL/CRK for Bataan province I see this as Oneworld Alliance CX = Star Alliance SQ = SKyteam Alliance KE > Oldest in the region Philippine Airlines

It's so calming. I never noticed them. My first ever business class return trip - Sydney to the U.S. Jan 2019. SIA will again bring me home again this year.

Thi is a nice collection of beats to listen too, even when you are in stress, or in flight, these beats sure can relax someone. Singapore Airlines is like no other, and a great way to fly.

This is very nice.... hey all search for the very nostalgic old SIA commercials "great way to fly".... the tunes there brings you deeper to the nostalgia and home feelings of Singapore. I am proud to be Singaporean :)

This music always takes me back to the SQ A359. My flight onboard VH-SHQ to BNE as SQ235. One of the best flights I had ever been on. Especially during the approach and stunning view of the wing and the scenery of BNE with the sun peeking out and leaving a sparkle on the wingtip and of course this beautiful soundtrack playing. Man, it just made me more fell in love with this aircraft, airline and the industry. Now I just wanna fly this A/C as PIC and at that moment I'll know, my life would be complete.

I flew SQ for almost all my life as child due to us being expatriated to SG when I was a child. I'll always remember how kind the FAs were to my sister and I in 2001, trying to make sure our first flights were as pleasant and unintimidating as they come. They even gave us Snoopy x SQ toys!

I can hear this all night throughout my sleep and still wake up fresh and relaxed!! Most lovely sleep music 🎶 ever!!

My first airline experience was Singapore Airline and when I heard safety video for the first time I was excited to travel. This has some similarities . since then I was always flying Singapore airlines and always listen to the safety video.

I'm tearing up and I'm not even Singaporean. When the music hits you hard and it feels like home.

Last year in August I went to Delhi with my mom to see family and I went with Singapore airlines after the flight had landed I put that as my best flight experience good service, kind and funny crew, and the music gave me relaxation when landing at Changi and Delhi, thank you for serving me and my mom Singapore airlines you will always be my favourite

always sat SQ when traveling to Japan. Great airlines and service crew! never had issues with them and will continue to do so for many future flights to come!

I have been on singapore airlines before from auckland-singapore changi (in 2024 January and march)the music makes me tear up because it reminds me of my flight and this was exactly playing when I got to my seat and I will also get to go on the plane next year in 2025 so I am really happy about it thank you Singapore airlines for a wonderful experience onboard❤

You are correct furthermore it's used for the longest flights in the network SQ21/23 EWR/JFK🇺🇲-SIN🇸🇬. the way to drop the price for it is adding a southeast Asia destination like BKK🇹🇭 KUL🇲🇾 and MNL🇵🇭. I wonder if there's a Filipino SQ flight attendant.

This sound really hits me and it made me eager to motivate myself to work harder in order to travel with SQ again in the near future. I am an Indonesian and have just graduated from my university. During my uni day, I used to attend volunteering activities and internships that were both held in Thailand. On my trips between my country and Thailand, I definitely use SQ which I consider more competitive fare than other carriers, as well as it enables me to explore Changi Airport. Each time I flew onboard an SQ flight at that time, I was impressed by their services and also relaxing music onboard. It was a truly magnificent experience I've had with you. I was very blessed to take Singapore Airlines direct New York-Singapore route. On both flights to and from, the crew were just wonderful. When I asked for ice cream at the back galley on the 17 hour flight, one of them even joked that she should get the ice cream first. Cheers to Singapore Airlines.

Wow and for the direct NYC to Singapore flight are you referring to SQ23 from JFK Terminal 4 or SQ21 from EWR terminal B? Remember the cheapest you can get for those are $700-800 if those 2 flights are combined with a southeast Asia destination like MNL/CEB/DVO🇵🇭 BKK🇹🇭. In the case of the three Filipino destination cities SQ🇸🇬 > PR🇵🇭
