I love the chilled nature of this channel, no 'shouty shout look at me' - just classy calm good humour, delivering superb entertainment and knowledge. Plus that Valvoline paint scheme is legendary. I hope it isn't rude to say, but the Castrol scheme was also on point. Rumour has it, that bolt is still not rusting.
Gian talking shit makes the vid much better I didn't expect Benny to be a Swiftie
Big cable ties are expensive but a small flat head on the tab means you can re use them #tip of the day

I love Gian asking questions. Really adds to video.

Looking forward to seeing what Omar comes up with. He was a real wealth of knowledge in the cresta build vids.
Why would you carelessly dump all that stuff on the manifold gasket like that

Love your work as always Benny! Hopefully Omar works his magic on it and it comes up better than ever!
*MOAR DISPLACEMENT* Yep, definitely the solution!
Crushed that engine pull Benny !!
8:19 about how much money do you have invested in that cap & plug kit. That’s probably why someone doesn’t market them. There’s always that person who says they don’t need all of those pieces and ends up needing ALL OF THOSE PIECES. 😂

@@Aduki65 oh yeah I forgot about the plastic ones :/ thanks for the reminder
They do do billet oil pump gears, well strong
Benny is a swifty confirmed.
yes I know Benny was just talking about conversion litres to cubic inches it was not anything about LS versus 350
1st and 3rd gen RX-7s have 50:50 weight distribution. 2nd gen is 51:49.
think I saw a mod on PN about drilling dimples on the gears for LS oil pumps
I saw a lot of comments on the 'Dog bone' at the back of the block behind the rear cover might be the issue. Stock one is plastic, so may be loose in the oil gallery which is causing the low oil pressure.

Yeah you need to either pull the engine or trans to get to it anyway so I’ll get a billet one
That LS Engine will be amazing when it is Finished
i hope you put in a 420 cu.in. stroker kit for the likes.

Maybe Ian aka workshop manual (from the mighty car mods HQ build) would have an idea for future protection
I like that trick with the axle stand to hold up the gearbox - thanks for including that little snippet! I'm usually scratching to find somewhere on the firewall to hook a strap or wire to hold the bellhousing up.
How is it living with the ram ?update on that plz

According to GM manuals anyways, however...they also list the 6.2 litre as 376 CI , but the 5.3 is stated as being 324 CI..so...I think they kinda fudge the numbers in this regard.
