She ignored Monica's calls and answered only when she wanted. Made fun of Chandler every chance she got. She leaked his friends secrets many times making them uncomfortable and making them fight most of the time. Need more examples?

She was also hypocritical, making Rachel feel bad for using a "corporate" massage place but accepting a job there or protesting by singing right in front of Monica's restaurant knowing that Monica suffered a lot to get that job, for example...

And this is one good example. She’s so entitled and full of herself that she feels bad for the woman whose voice is so much better than hers. It’s egotistical and not in a funny way
