one of the greatest songwriters, guitarist is pushing it. every member plays their role perfectly in the pumpkins. All 3 guitar players, james, darcy, and billy are amazing. them as a whole are one of the greatest groups in history. but they couldn't get there without each other.

The way he dressed changed a bit similar to how their sound changed didn't it. Gish and SD had a bit of that psychedelic rock and "Grunge" sound, mellon collie was different.

You're past potential when you played in one of the greatest bands in one of the greatest decades of music. What was fascinating about D'arcy was that she was the only person who would challenge Corgan The Conqueror. I think people tend to pick on her the most out of the band, when each member had some serious demons throughtout their career. Remember, she made it out of the industry alive. Not many people did in the 90's, and after she left, look what happend to Billy's ego and fame. .

Also the song cherokee warrior if you don't like neo classical. Cherokee warrior is almost like a blues rock song. He has so many songs and yet you choose 1 and say OMG hes playing so fast there is no feeling at all to playing. Yet you've only scraped the surface.

yeah those power chords are not what you think...some EJ type 3-string/note chords going on...watch closely. and Bill's turnarounds (the D to A) on each verse are atypical as well..until the chorus which are classic opens down at the bottom. he even has missy doing the ej stuff on the turnarounds..watch her fingerings.

Songwriting is all that really matters and some people today have lost sight of that which is a little depressing for me because some people think you have to play like yngwie or steve vai to be a good guitar player i mean look at Clapton he is a legend but doesnt really play that fast, and all of the legendary alternative stuff like this isnt blazing fast but it sounds amazing

Will love D'Arcy for ever. She was so under rated to my taste. We can ear here perfect bass line and extremely sweet back vocals. Smashing produced some more good tracks after she gone, but to me it was a copy of Smashing not the genuine ... It is just my comment. See one of the video of their last album. The one which involves a woman dancing beautifully, strangely blond like .... Somewhere he is still influenced and miss her whatever he can say.

@@octachron_ios_drum_sequencer atleast vinyls have good resell value so its not a bad investment. Theres also a mellon collie deluxe LP box set which looks pretty sweet. Oh cool Ill make sure to visit that bar if I ever visit Munchen 👍

Will love D'Arcy for ever. She was so under rated to my taste. We can ear here perfect bass line and extremely sweet back vocals. Smashing produced some more good tracks after she gone, but to me it was a copy of Smashing not the genuine ... It is just my comment. See one of the video of their last album. The one which involves a woman dancing beautifully, strangely blond like .... Somewhere he is still influenced and miss her whatever he can say.
