Mindset is the key. The act of going to the gym helps frame the purpose of the activity, it’s not necessarily the equipment and machines but putting yourself in an environment that is focused for a specific purpose. Training at home can be equally effective, however being at home one can be easily distracted - the phone will ring, the dishes need doing, that messy corner is annoying you when you are doing press ups, etc etc. So in order to be effective at home, your mindset must be focused to the activity. That’s why it’s easier to put yourself in an environment where there is only one primary goal. That said if you can master shutting out the distractions at home you can be equally effective with your physical progress.

That’s true, but if you make a way to discipline yourself, you can get things done like you would in the gym. Turn off your phone before training, let yourself focus on yourself and not the world for an hour or so. It’s like a meditation session honestly

The issue i usually have is that going to the gym is such a large time investment that i stop going there. Takes a lot less time to train at home by myself.

The exercises for men and women are all the same. We both have the same muscles, and both men and women have to exercise their entire body!

Really great inspiration. But please replace the scene wirh poor suffering british shorthair cat, with a bag of waterbottles or similar. Now it looks funny, but in fact is pet abuse.
