i haven’t met lot of hacker in sky, but the one i’ve met were all super respectful and kind, they do not take unfair advantage on other players but use it to create wholesome moment with other players :)

Most of the people in this game aren't actual hackers, they're just using mod shells. They do it either because they don't have enough time to candle run because they work or something or they just want different ways to play. People call them cheaters but there really isn't much of a way to cheat at sky. What most are doing is absolutely harmless to anyone else and I find it ridiculous how much anger they draw from so many people. People act like they are being personally hurt by these mod users but they aren't

They said nice but they aren't the reason i play so i guess that's why i don't care I mean, that's like being angry at people who buy iaps. They have something you don't Again, the main advantage is cosmetics being obtained easier but that just lets me know what people's focus is in the game. I would rather make friends and oob, not play a fashion show

7:15 Explanation if someone still didn't understand. The hacker is using clientside cosmetic hacks, meaning only they see it. There's no way to do it serverside (meaning everyone can see it) without a backdoor, if there's a backdoor then it wouldn't be used for something as silly as this since those are critical to server operations This is also how they got into beta with their clientside beta cape. For some reason the trigger for the portal opening is clientside rather than serverside which I assume is there to take off server load to help with vault lag, however it makes what you see in the video possible

If there would be a backdoor you're 100% right it wouldnt be as silly and someone would probably try to destroy the game most likely or it could be very unlikely a good person without any bad intentions and goof around most likely 1 tho because the things you could do with a backdoor are basically unlimited

Sky is kinda funny in that regard because basically everything is client side, only aside from in-game currency mechanic and everything that you can buy. Essentially 100% of gameplay proper is client side

I'm a hacker, BUT, before I got the mod, I got level 12 cape swings on my own and played for two years like everyone else, got all 3 elder masks and discovered constellations, and if I like something from cosmetics, I buy it for real money. I use the mod to quickly collect candles, and I often find myself in the golden wasteland and help moths, it's just fun with the mod, all it can give is a quick collection of candles.

Most "hackers" are just mod babies using mods. on their end they have the stuff but it'll only show if on your end if they paid for it in igc or real currency I saw a hacker using all the instruments at once being a one man band. Kinda funny

I can explain why they look like a moth but seem yo have the office cape! You can have a "all outfits" mod but its only visible on the oerson using their screen, they could have also had "full friendship tree" and this didnt realise you cant read em

The moth totally wearing the tgc cape in his/her vision and in your vision you cannot see its like an injector in orher games and totally a hacker

Android users can get a mod. Iphone users can’t. 😢 Person is just using a file they downloaded for it for their android. If they downloaded the right file, which you have to look for on internet and in forums, then they’d be able to show cosmetics to everyone and even alter colors and sounds. They can spawn things in game for other players to see or interact with. Even talk or interact with other players with their friend tree not being unlocked or even being friends or lit.

Actually hackers have the option to wear any clothing they want from the game! Like, for example, using aurora wings and being able to go to the concert, in this case this "moth" wore the necessary cape to go to the office. But no one but the hacker can see those clothes, by using cosmetics that he don't have, other people will see him with the default clothes that he get when start the game, he was probably wearing a lot of things he didn't have and that's why he looked like a moth.

4:40 was literally my favorite, i started laughing😂😂

I too have mods for this game and I honestly feel the best because moths want to experience things like aurora and prince planet so like why not. I even give hearts to them and friends who need it. The only purpose is that I downloaded the hack, was to use all cosmetics, quick cr as tons of work and emotes with lights are noiceeeee. I really don't have any other reason, also to give hearts to my sky kids and sky parents🤣

so when i first dicovered the office as a moth it let me right on in and I still have no idea how that happened till this day-

To give a little credit there is a visual bug that makes you look default and only you can see what you have on... but It happens only rarely and fixes itself after you hit another loading part

coming back to this and now i have learned how to hack too and i help people in speed cr 💀💀

I found a few players that were not happy about other people modding, while i found them quite fun and fascinating.

There is a bug that makes other players look like moths tho. Happens with my friends and I on occasion.

Squatting board can be accompanied by all skills.

When i was a moth 2 years ago, i always thought the Cyan cape was the way to get into the office 💀 i literally saved 20 hearts for the CYAN CAPE because i thought i would get into the office. And when i got it i was so disappointed when i couldnt light the portal to the office 😭

That sort of "hacking" is just downloading an special apk and launch it lol. I assume it wont send any sus application to the tgc server so U cant see them have cosmetics on.

I found out that they aren't hackers because they just downloaded it. I talked to one recently

thas crazy (unnecessary text below) the other night i was just being silly, and somehow i discovered how easy it was to get out of bounds (almost everywhere with clouds), even letting you skip some of these doors, but very few and of course not like that, they actually made the barriers extend so far that I didn't even come close to finding any borders yet, i hope no one thinks im hacking, i promise anyone can get out of bounds in less than 5 minutes on a map they never saw before-

one time my friend held a "concert" by playing some crazy violin stuff but it was INVISIBLE and he told me, well it's a bug. i naively believed it 😭 in fact, our mutual friend once hinted that's he's a h@cker and i was skeptical until that point. he hasn't come online since forever now.

I also met a hacker. We've been friends in Sky but never had an actual interaction, until the other day. He/She warped to me while I was doing cr and asked randomly how I feel about hackers. I gave my honest opinion and told him/her that I hate them for some personal reasons. I was referring to general hackers and not just in Sky. I may have hurt his/her feelings and told me that he/she had some hacker friends and they are cool and that they help other players. I stood by my own opinion since I haven't really experienced those kinds of hackers before. In the end he/she revealed that he/she is one of them. He/she then helped me do cr in no time and was shocked and embarrassed at the same time. If you're reading this, Sam from Mexico, I'm sorry. I promise that I won't report you. 😅
