I had this happen to me and they suddenly started playing an actual song so I just spammed my piano like they’ve been doing to me And to anyone who’s going to say “move” I would’ve but they kept following me.

Whenever I play at grandmas or smn, usually before or after she comes too, and more often than not I’m in a shared space so nobody can hear me. But trollers will join my shared space and start spamming *soely* to be annoying. I find if you just keep playing through their bs, they realize their shit ain’t gonna work and they’ll give up eventually. Except for that one little sht that literally followed me from area to area to keep interrupting me while I was trying to practice. That person has a special place on the sole of my shoe.

I literally went pfft at "That person has a special place on the sole of my shoe." Good one xD I once encounter this player with a violin at grandma. I was totally in love with the beautiful melody they were playing. I was just vibing along with waving light emote frm aurora. I make sure to use level 1 emote. Other players eventually join in and we were just vibing and dancing along. I think that player was lovin the positive attention? They kept playing different songs till end of grandma. I bowed and air kiss them and I left to home space. That player followed me home and gave me an encore. I felt so special at that moment ngl. I dont understand why ppl would wana spam on someone playing instruments.

@@JT-fc9ri that’s so lovely! I use both 1&3 of the Aurora emotes too, because they’re really calm compared to most and go silent pretty fast. That and waving the ball overhead are perfect imo. I think the most annoying ones I’ve seen players deal with though were the level one music based clap, the yee haw dance and the head bob. The sound effects from those are awfully loud, many musicians will get sad and stop playing near those because as happy as they seem, they are seriously distracting.

Tbh that happened to me too at aviary, a chibi was interrupting me fnr and laughing but they had only eight wings so I took advantage of that and flew to the top of the village tower 😁

I really wanna know whats their end goal by spamming like that for sooooo long isn't it disturbing for their own ears too? 👁️👁️ I know they are probably a kid and we shouldn't think through it too much but oh my anger issues is rising everytime i see a person like that 😂

This must be a feature someday I swear. Those trollers aint rare, I met them like 60% of the time I played a song I had a really bad impression of sky community since, Infact i spent my candles just to block them as an insult

I got the pan flute so I could accurately play Vah Rudania'd theme (from Breath of the Wild) but I usually don't use it for long because I agree it's SO LOUD

That's why I think we should be able to report or block players even if we are not their friends or have them Lit. We could avoid this but no.

i had a friend, we talked in the new home space as the server haven't merged completely. my friend, she was playing the drum event adorely. when suddenly the server merged completely and as it happens at the same time there is also a player playing their instrument (piano). as we know that it happens SUDDENLY, we shouldn't just spontaneously interrupt their play just bc the server merged all of the sudden.. but she just went to that person and interrupt their play like it was their fault. so i decided to stop her (my friend) and explain that it was the server, not their fault. but she keep blaming that person like she is the right one and started to blame me bc i honoured that person's skills of playing music. she said that i was mean bc maybe she think that i wasn't enjoying her playing. but i was criticized her bc she's interrupting someone just for no reason and blaming. idk what's wrong with people in sky these days💀💀💀 i swear they're getting uncouth each day

this can be so annoying, people can do stuff like this and its honestly really frustrating. thr panflute was never supposed to be used like this, i love the panflute so much, but for other people they honestly ruin people’s days. I recommend lighting them and reporting them, but Tgc really needs to add a feature to report them without lighting, because some trollers are clever and know not to light you

Before, my friend would usually grab me around and ill play the pan and that make us the "firetruck" xd and everyone would imitate us . Good Ol' times

I still wondering why sky hasn’t added the option to mute other musical instruments except our own. Some people genuinely love playing music, like me! And these kids are just annoying and ruin everything, specially if you are recording. It would be nice to mute others in order to play in peace

One time I was trying to play music for my best friend, but a random guy arrived and started playing, disturbing me, my friend got curious and became his friend (I had to become his friend to avoid being rude) he was so clingy with my friend, as if he was trying to get closer to her by force, when he was together with us, I was kind of left aside, because he kept being so clingy, praising her excessively, carrying her on his lap and using cute emotes, while I stayed in the corner, waiting for him to finally stop and so that the three of us could play together, none of us paying too much attention to just one of us, my friend noticed that I wasn't well that day, as I was very quiet while the two of them played, she said she would talk to him so he would stop being very clingy with her, so that the environment would be less uncomfortable for me, and I wouldn't be sad and left aside every time he played with us, he really stopped that, now the three of us can play together without that problem of his be very clingy lol seriously, he was very clingy with her, he almost looked like a yandere, when he showed up to play with us it was as if he no longer existed for them, even though my best friend talked to him so he would stop being clingy, I'm happy that she cares about me, I never thought that a player who bothered me would become my friend (I didn't want to become his friend but ok, we already are ) lol and sorry for the huge text

things like this is why i don't bother tryin to play instruments anymore. even if i go to a place with no players they eventually find me and just annoyingly sam over me and it makes me so mad

All these spammers just seek for the spotlight, they know they're annoying and seeing you upset makes them want to continue more and more. Try to ignore them and don't react with emotes to give them attention. They'll end up getting bored of it I don't think it would be a good idea for TGC to add a blocking feature or report to strangers. Some rude people would just use it on random ones just for fun. Maybe they should add something to mute certain people or the music atmosphere around you.

Mobile players are able to go to the call menu and tap all of the buttons really fast so I would’ve spammed all the calls and challenged the annoying person

damn I was so excited to use that panflute cuz I love intruments in sky but seeing how everyone probably has bad experiences with people playing it damn🚶 guess I will find a secluded area and play there

These type of people is so annoying but i’m not the type of person who gets annoyed easily, i’d continue to play music until they get tired. Don’t give up guys, they’ll get tired in an hour or two ☺️

I met one today, they refused to be lit or sit at a table and laughed when we tutted,xed and worried around them, we left the area and tried multiple times to continue our music lesson. We dubbed the Ambulance Skid because their instrument soinded exavtly lile the UK ambulance siren and they only started when we played and stopped when we did. Its the only trolls/hackers (lumping them in together) that I dislike

I actually use it for music like specific songs on it, and I use it in spots no one else is in because it does have sour notes to me 😭🙏

omg ! i came across someone very clearly using external software to play guitar once and they kept following me around and so i emoted no! at them and they grabbed the panflute and started harassing me. ofc i stayed for the long ride and played my music for 20 mins until they left but i didn't know this was a common thing!

There are plenty of easy solutions to this. Go into the music studio off of the Season of Performance space, go to places in Isle like the small cave under the temple, the platforms way up in the sky above Oreo, underground cave in Hidden Forest, hill in Hermits field where you meet with Little Prince, Citadel, Season of Abyss stage, Starlight Desert, stage after the elder of Vault, etc. Probably the best place would be the satellite which turns up once a week through Office.

if you only have like one instrument then you don’t have to be in social area to change it, i like playing in the hidden forest area, the sounds is great, you can go in the cave of the broken bridge area it sounds really nice and people never stay long enough to hang out there

Have you ever met the type of player who throws your plushie off a cliff? I met him twice and both expressed that I didn't like that action because I was playing with my friends. The first case left immediately after I said that, but the other case criticized me back saying that I made the Sky community look bad, called me an old lady, etc... at the same time and said I lost some brain cells ☹️

I don't even buy instruments unless to carry around or to close the tree, but I don't play them so why buy them People are weird

Those players are terrible but ut also makes me think that the volume regulations of instruments in sky is also terrible. Panflute is so loud you can't use it in duets. Bass is louder than piano or guitar despite being a bass. And other stuff like this, making it hard to play as a band overall andnit makes me sad. I wish we could mute/block/report those people but I also wishwe had some fix on the instrument's different volumes in some way
