My guess is oblong shapes probably do tumble in flight. Shooting paper/cardboard will tell you how they hit. The weirdest ammo I've used was a Jube-jube. A relatively hard jelly candy. I was 10-12 years old at the time. Some kid thought he he could tease me and ride away on his bike because I was on foot. My wrist rocket proved him wrong. I got him square in the ass. He yelped and crashed. He never said a word to me after that. ROFL 😂 Good times👍

Lovely patch of woods. Sometimes beating the stuffing out of stuff with heavy ammo is fun, they haven't got you on hex nuts yet then. I'm sure there's a few guys out there that could happily shoot that spare glove to pieces for you.

A few people have mentioned hex nuts but not tried them myself! Didn’t go anywhere near my hand or the frame luckily but you never know when you’re trying something new haha! I love these woods I’m real lucky 👍🏻

@@theslingden Even nice round 9.5 steel can make a hell of a mess of a thumb if going fast enough. The weird stuff with sharp corners is definitely ready good for messing up catch boxes.

you should try gamo .22 lead round balls they are small but they skelp hard

If you watch my video The ones shot at the can landed in my catch net. I had 2 shots outside of that, one penetrated the carton which I took back, the apple one imbedded the stump behind to which I removed with my opinel. Hope this answers your question 😉
