unlike most reactors you went and checked out Kates back story and and covers. She got the drumming bug at the tender age of 2 and spent all of her free time perfecting her craft. She is indeed amazing . but the apple does not fall far from the tree. The unsung hero here is her dad who insists on remaining in the shadows. He is the glue that first created this band and is now the producer, sound engineer, videographer, video editor and just about everything else but mostly there biggest fan

I haven't listened to much else than BAND MAID after discovering them 4 years ago - BUT - I haven't listened to anything else since discovering The Sixsters over the last week.
