I was at this gig. Weather was absolutely awful, we were soaked to the skin. But it was a great line upon bands: Echo and the Bunnymen, Spear of Destiny, The Redskins, the Chameleons and The Sisters...

These guys should never have to play a set before the sun goes down.

So, you probably haven't heard about L.A. gig in 1983. They played as a trio, after Gunn's departure, but before Hussey's arrival. That was a fiasco.

I was at this show and agree with many other commenters on here that it was cold and wet. Sisters in broad daylight simply didn’t work for me. Chameleons, Spear of Destiny and Echo and the Bunnymen performed better. Redskins were on first. Not a bad line-up! There was a good vibe in the York pubs, after.

It's a long song without much variation, so I imagine it's hard to keep track of when you're playing it.

One of those gigs where the big bands get the whole stage and don’t have to play in front of a curtain. I wonder who the headliners were.

I love these guys , but A hatd and a rock place's base line is stolen from A Forest by The Cure and it's even more apparent played live

Shame the video quality let's it down. My partner loves these me, not so much as I use to to. I've moved more, & more, into another GREAT!! ICONIC!!! goth group THE FIELDS OF THE NEPHILIM & others.
