The Single Weft Microlink Install
Our bae Ashley came through for a complete transformation ! She has had tape-ins before and loved them so I convinced her to try Microlinks! 🥰 We installed 18” wavy bundles from @zchicsalon using an invisible bead “The Single Weft” Microlink method. Here’s why:
• Ashley is transitioning from relaxed hair
• She needs to be able to add hydration treatments to her hair routine
• She needs a style that last longer (tapes only last 6 weeks)
• Hair can be reused for another install- even same day !
She absolutely loved the tapes and is keeping them stashed away for another install when she’s ready to use again !

This was a great install. It seems there are great stylist in Georgia! Does anyone know any good stylists that charges a reasonable rate and their work is inclusive of the rate they charge in the Maryland area?

@@ZChicSalon oh ok...because they came out too tight...which is why you kept trying to comb them out a lot with your fingers....would have been super cute had you used a larger barrel...

I am not a cookie cutter stylist who does everything the same. My whole salon experience is customized to whoever is sitting in my chair, down to The tightness of my curls which is always relative to my guest’s preference. She loved her hair because her curls last for a long time. Comb outs are always necessary for added body especially with natural hair. You should do more research and maybe earn some credentials before you try to tell someone how to curl hair. 😊

This is not a class or tutorial. Around three minutes into the video, you see me installing the wefts using my Microlink pliers and silicone lined beads..
