There was a Treehouse of Horror episode with a similar joke. Homer kills Mr. Burns (who's a vampire). After Mr. Burns disintegrates, he re-integrates himself to fire Homer and then disintegrate again.

I think it's supposed to be postum. According to wikipedia postum is "a powdered roasted grain beverage popular as a coffee substitute. The caffeine-free beverage was created by Post Cereal Company founder C. W. Post in 1895 and marketed as a healthier alternative to coffee". That certainly sounds like something Mr Burns would drink.

I've been in this position before at my last job. I got abused, screamed, threatened, intimidated, had information withheld, was given impossible tasks, overworked & was taken advantage of from my previous job by my last manager. I reported his misconduct to HR & despite people backing me up & other people verifying his behavior was inappropriate toward me, he got away with it Scot-free. Things got even worse when I reported my manager & I got harassed by him even more after reporting him. I dreaded going to work each day & I often played the part of Homer shivering before he entered Mr Burns's office when I stood in front of the door at my old work. I finally cracked the shit over a heated conversation over the phone & was told to take some leave & I would have repercussions in place. I released one more incident with him (which was inevitable). I was going to punch the daylights out of him. My manager would have more than deserved it. I realized that rather than facing the consequences of being fired & having criminal charges placed upon me, I just found a better job & quit.
