thats because pretty much the only connecting thing between the old simpsons and season 12 and up simpsons is the name. Simpsons is now just a generic boring sitcom without the laugh tracks, or atleast it feels like it.

I was scrolling to see someone else mention how great it is when they get along. It's also nice because Lisa gets stereotyped as a no fun nerd and Bart gets stereotyped as a moron who can't take anything seriously, but when they hatch a plan they play off each other's strengths really well.

As I scrolled past this thumbnail on my phone, the preview started playing. It was at 0:10. The preview video synced perfectly to my tv which was playing The Simpsons s2e15 as 'The Homer' was being revealed.

I could spend hours and hours singing "He is evil Homer, he is evil Homer, he is evil Homer..."🎶🎶🎶

I never acknowledged the look of shock and disbelief of the studio audience when Troy is squeezing the orange on his eye socket. All in the details, what gold.
