The simple system that makes you unstoppable.

You may think to become unstoppable, you have to do some pretty difficult things. Luckily for you, that's simply not true. This video walks you through a six-step practical framework that helps you break down any goal, however insane, into something you can do... easily and effortlessly. In fact, this is the exact approach I took to be able to hold a plank for 30-minutes a day, every day... and I know you can too. This is not a superpower. It's just a system.
Step 1. Set Actions, not goals.
Step 2. The Lego Brick
Step 3. The Anchor and the Toll
Step 4. Become Pavlov's Dog
Step 5. The Feather
Step 6. Build the Skyscraper

No long rambling about sad personal experiences or some main character bs, just a 30-second hook and intro. No empty or meaningless advice every hustle-motivation video would give you, just a 6-step tutorial. Most other "coaches" and "gurus" would take over half an hour to start going into the first advice, and he managed to explain the entire thing in 12 minutes. This has to be one of the BEST self-improvement video on the entire platform. You deserve ridiculously more views.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🎯 *Set actions, not vague goals. Make them specific, time-framed, and actionable.* 01:51 🔄 *Minimize friction in your actions; break them into 5-minute, bite-sized chunks.* 03:41 🧠 *Start small with "Lego bricks" - easy, manageable commitments that build over time.* 04:23 🚦 *Use "anchors" and "tolls" to integrate tasks into your daily routine and create positive habits.* 06:59 🐶 *Become Pavlov's dog: pair enjoyable activities exclusively with your tasks to create positive associations.* 09:33 🕊️ *Gradually introduce "feathers" - incremental increases in difficulty - to build on existing habits.* 11:10 🏗️ *Build a skyscraper of habits over time, compounding positive actions for exponential growth.*

Your videos are literally going to save my life. Sometimes I know exactly what I want and I want it bad but my bad habits take over and I find excuses as to why I don’t need to want it anymore. Like “ I have other goals and is it even something that I really want” I don’t know why my brain tries to tell me I don’t need the things I’ve dreamed of all my life. I’ve had one goal my whole life but I always thought I would have to wait til later in life to accomplish it. Like after college or when I have a family and things like that. But I recently found out I can do it now!! BUT my mind can’t comprehend it and I just keep asking myself is this even what u want, what if u wanna do this later and u can’t bc ur doing this and shi like that but like I said I’ve dreamt of this for years. So idk y my minds trying to make me not want it as much as i do. Moral of the story is your vids are helping me a lot to win the battle of me vs. me. So thank you so much😊

If I may . . . it might help you to ask yourself the following question, "After I achieve my BIG VISION/GOAL, THEN what do I want?" Visualize yourself after achieving the goal, after the initial excitement has worn off . . . NOW what do you want? (Sometimes can be a generic feeling like, Freedom, Love, joy, etc. What do you wish you had in your life? ...It can help to keep both of these in mind as you work towards your goal(s). Good luck!

Step 2 was revelatory. It just clicked. It was a moment of, "Dang...he's right.". I'm always outcome oriented when thinking of ways to succeed materially, when I'm not someone who values material things beyond the bare minimum! understanding it in an action-oriented way makes things seem so much easier to achieve AND helps me decide on what I should be focusing on. This is simple and brilliant. Ironically, what she just recommended is where I have finally arrived at in my process of improvement. The only thing I may add, I have brilliant goals, and then I forget what they are. Each day I go for a short walk and speak my goals out loud until I clearly know throughout every what I’m supposed to do. Ppl, this guy has given us excellent advice. The only thing you must remember, I’m stealing this from Jocko, is without discipline, you can do nothing.

Set actions towards your goals, that are very easy (remove real and imagined frictions), create habits that will put you where you want to be. Anchor that habit to something you do already and put tolls on negative habits or tolls for rewards. Associate fun stuff with by putting a sacred rule - you can only do the fun stuff when you do the habit you need to do, the fun stuff can be your addictions. Expand your habits by a feather (a little) and don't stop

Not just saying this: it has taken me a few years to figure this out, but I just started doing mostly these thing! I made a basic spreadsheet template with action steps (small bites) on the left, days of the week across the top (8 weeks total) tiny squares that I just put a red dot in when completed. To reduce friction: have a “gym” in my garage. I wear my workout clothes to bed. Want to start kettlebell (or anything?): google for a 5 minute KZread of whatever it is you want to do, like meditate, or certain type of workout. What gets measured gets managed, so get a body composition scale, and record your macros on MyFitnessPal or similar. Create your own 60 day challenge with little tiny doable action steps. If I, ADD, can do it, so can you! Good luck!

Thank you so much. I started writing in April 2022 and I don't' stop writing. I've written around 800,000 words up to this point, all in an effort to get better at communication, explain my thoughts, and to learn how to start, progress, and end stories. My current hurdle is ending stories. Though I never thought I would even get to starting multiple stories and progressing into big middles. This all started as a desire to write from reading so many amazing fanfics. And I'm glad I got it in my head to write. I have to write at least 1 hour a day. It's a crutch once. Staring into the word doc with no movement from my hands. Now, I write freely. It's a dopamine hit everytime I write up to 5 or more pages. I'm happy.

Brother, this is some valuable insights. People do not have that patience now a days. They just want the goals achieved in the fastest way possible. And it's not their mistake, the society is setting these standards. In India, we have 10 mins flat grocery delivery, that's crazy. Even the police or emergency services do not arrive this early. Because of these society standards, people do not understand the value of patience in achieving the goal. Your approach, definetly solves this issue. Be action oriented, who knows, you might end up achieving more than what your goal was. Wishing you more success, joy, happiness and good health brother.

Great video - thank you. Would be great to have some more practical examples of how this process breaks down from 'Cloud to raindrops' - language used to frame and simplify actions etc.

Hey man, thanks! I want to give people a tip, I transcribed your video into chat gpt and told it to ask me questions based on this context to help me tailor a better routine for me, and it gave me a really good set of first steps to implement. (I used chat gpt 4 so it went really well, idk how 3.5 would work this out)

The pull up every time you play on your phone is brilliant. I once attempted it with push ups, but it's kinda hard to measure out the equivalent. That and the fact I broke the "sacred rule".
